The fact that a market is regulated by the government vs. not regulated by the government does not make it better or even moral. Lets go back to the 20's when the US banned alcohol for whatever reason during the prohibition. Then a couple years later, the government saw the money that all the moonshiners and everyone around them was making. Then what do you know.....the government decides to make it legal and "regulate" the market. "regulate" is just another word for ownership and the government knows all too well about that. .

So I don't disagree with the governments attempt to fix a common problem, however I think there are alternative methods that could have been taken.

I'm getting the same message, can't sit at ring game tables, Im in New York state. I'm sitting at two tables now and I got the message when trying to sit at a third. I guess I'll just never leave the two I'm at. I just spent extra money to deposit using Western Union too. **** this.
