i checked my bitcoin depot and i cashed in 135k USD in BTC since 11 of November in 4,5k steps.

i have now 26k USD in my account. yesterday, it was 45k and my pokertracker shows a break even session. so i got ripped of 20k yesterday. the days before, i didnt recognize and my laptop is new without pokertracker, which i installed now.
I analysed my hands and i am 50k up after winning huge in the last 2 days. i didnt recognized it before (its not that long time) without this software, but your software seems to take away 2-7k every day from my account. there is for sure nothing wrong with my new laptop like trojan horses! so it must be someone in your company stealing me my money. and I am totally under my expected value (like 54k USD!). thats kind of a joke, that i am loosing almost every All In, i am in with. i am pretty sure, your software is totally rigged for me (and must not be for others!). please look into all of my hands and look for strange behaviour like folding way to good hands of my opponents.
i am a maths guy and this statistics sucks big time. i am also >10years online professional poker player and never saw such a strange statistic. also, i do get my money in the middle of the table almost always bad in setups like my kings against his aces. thats soooooooo odd!
seems like gypsy poker with players from your company or their friends.

in total, i am up 51k USD in my database (+rakeback, i said its 1k, must be even more, because of first deposit). so 135+52-26= 161k USD must be added back to my balance. i have all played hands from the saved hand histories in my database, so no data is missing there.



please investigate it exactly. i am one of the best holdem players in the world for sure. for me, running that strange and loosing so much money by your software seems totally odd, even if i am up in poker for >50kUSD, which is normal for me. i am pretty sure, i didnt lost 160k in poker in an maximal 5/10 game. I did play HU quite a lot and crushed one guy for 34k yesterday in a 6 tables HU 5/10 and don't know, how I lost that much money. I did cash in during sessions, so I didnt had a tracking in the night. I didn't thought, that I cashed in that big till I got very suspicious yesterday. there is a big cash flow going on in my BTC and poker life....
please check your algorithm as well.

and its not like 5k difference. its 162k USD difference. and its not like 10k under EV. I am up 52k and 56k under EV. in a 1k max game, on average I was playing NL504. thats more than 100 Stacks under EV + way more setups for my opponents then for me.

thats a strange mathematic and statistic. in calculation of normal equipartition, its not possible to run >100stacks worse than average in under 150k hands played. i played just 56k hands => some persons of the software team running a software inside the tigergaming software to rip me off. there is no other explaination possible inside of normal equipartition.

or my pokertracker or my brain are >110k USD off. and I didnt loose that big. its like 200 stacks... by 6 tabling on my laptop. my eyes are connected in a wicked way with my brain :lol:


and I have BTC big time. so I don't care much money in this range. so there is no reason to try to be a victim of a scam. I have already everything I need and don't know, what to do with money.

Where are you from? Which country are you located right now?
Before you cashed in on Tigergaming, where did you play poker? On which site and on which stakes?
Can you post the Pokertracker 4 graph with your winnings and EV winnings?
Why did you decide to deposit 135k on a site where the highest game is 5/10$?
