Should we be directing our efforts at a federal bill that allows poker anymore? Or should we just go the way of fantasy sports and/or all the other skill game sites. It seems like with the wire act and the IGBA that challenging it in court was always the way to go? Maybe this is why the DOJ keeps offering ridiculously soft pleas?
Does the only law left now (UIGEA) even apply to poker? That would prevent any money laundering or possible bank fraud charges anyway (and wouldn't those also get a favorable ruling? I thought there had to be a crime for ML and the bank had to be hurt in some way for BF)
