If you wish to do more, let's continue reaching out to members of the Senate Indian Affairs Committee via Facebook regarding their Nov. 17th hearing to examine the impact of Internet gaming regulation on Indian tribes. Perhaps say something along the lines of:

Quote:
The U.S. Congress is considering legislation to license and regulate online poker. As a poker enthusiast, I encourage a competitive marketplace for Internet poker. I welcome a variety of entities to be eligible for Internet poker licensure, including Indian tribes, state lotteries, parimutuel racing, commercial gaming companies, and others that meet appropriate suitability requirements. By allowing for a competitive market, we can ensure the best consumer product and also ensure the greatest amount of revenue.

If you have not done so already, I urge you to please support HR 2366, the bipartisan Online Poker Act, at the November 17th hearing on the impact of Internet gaming regulation on Indian tribes. Thank you.

Our efforts to get Joe Rogan to bring up the issue of online poker were successful, as he dedicated several minutes of his latest show to this subject (episode 152). HOWEVER, it seems he heard about the highly exaggerated "super bots" issue brought up at the recent hearing and has sadly bought into this misconception.

Let's help him see the truth! Please like THIS reply on his podcast page, and THIS on Joe Rogan's Facebook fan page and/or leave a comment/post a message of your own!

We've already got him talking about it, so let's set the record straight NOW!

A likely precondition of any bill Congress passes will be the ability of states to opt-out. Let's all tell our governors that demand that they participate!
