i can open the pokerstars software, but i cant even get to the login screen, just continues to say connecting...all the network statuses say 100%...kind of confused...unless the site is down

I was playing for the past hour or so and the only problem I noticed was that about 1/2 of my tables froze for perhaps 20-25 sec.

Hm. OP do you have an Echecks payout pending? That's the only thing I can think of about my account that's even slightly out of the ordinary right now.

Having the same issue since I downloaded the update yesterday. Sent an email to support and received a reply that it might have something to do with my security software, but before yesterday, there was never a problem.

If they asked you to send some files, make sure you do it so they can diagnose the problem.

They've been sending that cut-n-paste email for any problem. Their support has either gone way downhill, or they just don't have enough people to deal with their shoddy update.

they ended up having me send them log files...then they gave me instructions to fool around with firewall settings, adding new ports/exceptions...then pasting some new code into the pstars user file...took a bit, but im playing now
