I recently noticed that Intertops had rebranded to Everygame Poker, so I decided to give it a try. I started to create an account and was told I already had one. I guess I made an account years back when it was Intertops. I have no trouble depositing $25 and start to play. I go on a bad swing right away and have to deposit $25 two more times before things start to turn around. I run up my $75 investment to over $1000 and decide it is time to make my first withdrawal. So, I send in the required documents and wait. After a week with no response, I contact them via the live chat option. Then they tell me they haven't received the documents and ask if I can resend them. So, I do this and confirm that they have received them this time. They confirm and say they have received everything, but it will still take a few days to process. Today(4 days later), I'm playing the tables as usual, and notice my account drop to $0. I thought this may be a glitch, so I closed the program and reopened it, only to find out I could no longer log in. I immediately go to email to mail them, and see that they have mailed me. They said they no longer accept players from my state and my deposits will be returned and money in my account will be confiscated. I have read their terms and conditions which does not exclude any states, however states that they reserve the right to not accept players from the United States. The moral of the story is....... They had no problem letting me deposit and letting me play from my state, but when it came time for me to withdrawal, my account gets banned and money confiscated because they do not accept players from my state. Absolutely horrible doing business here and recommend nobody play here. Its seems they will look for any loophole at all to not pay you.

What a joke. To me, it seems like once they put the money in your account and take your action, they are "accepting player(s) from the u.s.".

Even if they are technically following their rules, that is absolutely disgraceful to freeroll people like that

Man, I can feel you! This is terrible for online poker and they don't or will not understand that they are digging... Thanks for letting us know so we can put Everygame Poker on our ban list!

Exactly. If I'm not allowed to play somewhere because of my location, I always just simply cannot even play. They don't have a problem letting you play at Everygame though, since they know they are about to make some extra cash if you are a winning player. And if not a winning player, then they will still make their usual standard rake. This is a shady company. I left them a review on Facebook, which got immediately removed. I was the first one to leave a review, too. Which makes me wonder if they get nothing but bad reviews, that immediately get erased. I guess I was blocked from leaving another review, so I had to go leave my review in the comments of all of their pictures, lol. They also had to the nerve to say that the states they accept are constantly changing and hope the can offer their services to me in the future, like I would ever go back to the crooks that just literally stole $1k from me, lol.

Hi @Nuts2727 - we are very sorry for the bad experience you had! We will try to find out who worked on your case and will make sure that the support team will receive a better training. With your first interaction they should have made clear that you are based in a restricted state and should have closed your account back then to avoid issues like you had to deal with.

Everygame (fka Intertops) has been active for over 30 years and we wouldn't have been able to do so, by not being trustworthy.

Training support better is great, but would not have helped at all. The problem is, Everygame let me deposit and play. I didn't even speak to anyone until I was trying to get my documents verified to withdraw. The terms and conditions say nothing about any states being excluded and on any other site that that I'm restricted from playing, I just simply can't play at all. So how is one supposed to know if their state is restricted? On purpose or accident, I've been scammed by Everygame Poker and cannot recommend playing there to anyone.

BUMP: SOMETHING STRANGE IS GOING ON WITH THIS SITE.

I made a deposit and sent over all my identification needs. I sent a bill statement, my drivers license, and a picture of me holding my drivers license. Everygame authenticated my account and said I was good to go. I played a little poker and bet on sports over the next week or so.

I sat at 500plo that was playing HU. The max for new players they can use daily at poker is $200, so that’s the max I could sit with. One dude starts punting and I run it up to over $1800. The game didn’t run that long.

I log-in to play the next morning and my account is froze because of a “security issue.”

I’ve been on the horn with customer service through phone calls and live chat daily. This is the third day I’ve been locked out. Nobody will tell my why I’m locked out, or what’s going on. Other than the security team needs to review my account. But there’s no timeframe.

Don T worry,if you didn t do anything against their TOS ,u will get your money. I ve been playing there for 3 years and never had issues. The only thing is the cash out take more than on other sites. But everything else is fair and they are trustworthy.
