I feel bad for you OP as it looks like you hung yourself with the language you used in historical emails to support, and you weren't aware that you were hanging yourself. If you even mention the word "stress" in an email to support and are critical of them in any way, you've basically admitted that you have potential mental issues with poker/gambling. When you asked for the temp-ban, that is another huge signal. You brought this on yourself.

I would take this as a huge lesson learned and remember in the future, not to use any language painting yourself as a potential problem gambler when dealing with support on a poker site. They have a legal duty to take you seriously when you show signs of problem gambling, and that's exactly what they did.

Wait a year, and ask NICELY to be reinstated.

Pokerstars used to have the best customer service - it is amazing how much its gone downhill. A real shame.

In May 2018, PokerStars had a significant downsizing, which is why they have such a mess.
