Certainly I understand your position guys. But trust me when I tell you that we are working everyday to improve our services and our product. It may not always be satisfying for every one, but we are open every time to talk to our player on a personal basis and resolve any issue. Hi,

First, I would suggest you don't post your complete credit card number, it is very sensitive information we normally recommend to keep very close to you.

Now, certainly the procedure the agent was undertaking is the right one, however he missed explaining you what he was going to do and why he needed such requirements to help you.

Whenever a credit card attempt is rejected on the system and the player contact us, we usually process then the deposit manually after checking the credit card is really in good stance. Then finally we process the deposit and players provide a one-time proof of documentation to verify they are the actual card holders and this prevents frauds from stolen credit cards.

If you don't want to provide such documents you can alternatuvely use any of our other 20+ deposit methods: eWallet Xpress, Money Gram, Western Union, Moneybookers, etc.
