I've been having problems withdrawing from stars to moneybookers lately and I know that I'm not alone. My moneybookers withdrawal has been placed on hold for over a week now. They have not given me a single reason for the review. Several of my friends, even from different countries are reporting similar problems. Has this affected other people as well and does anyone know the cause behind this? Are there other cashout methods that have also been slow or negatively affected lately?

I've found stars support to be painfully slow and unhelpful so far despite my attempts to contact them which is why I've come here. I've received the same copy and paste response the two times I tried emailing them.

There must be another reason for being on hold. My withdrawals to mb are always instant.

Are you cashing out big amounts?

No. The cashout in question was for $385 or so

my cashouts used to be fast up until ~three weeks ago. also i think some people are mistaking the difference between refunds and cashouts. if you deposited with mb then cashout its always instant as this is a refund, whereas if you have never deposited or cashed out beyond your deposit, this is where problems are occurring.

i never had problems/delays before but they have been horrible lately. ive had a $2.3k cashout on hold for quite some time... which isn't even really that much.

MB used to be quick and easy for me.... would be in my account in less then a day. Im thinking its the new verification but i may be mistaken since i havent really heard anything from security yet. Ill follow up i guess in a couple of days and see what happens. Its all I can do I guess since I cant cancel the cashout either.

But this time , it's already 3days and PS dont reply my email.

for the first time it took more then 12h+ this weekend to take moneys from PS to MB. I've sent an email to support and they replied they were analyzing my recent action at the tables, and it was ok and they granted the cashout

Does stars still only allow cashouts to skrill if under or exactly the amount you deposiited with skrill? Or can you finally cashout profits to skrill?

Honestly thinks its ******ed and sounds like they want loosing players when they let you deposit 500 with skrill and wont let you cashout over 500 from that same method.

You can cash out winnings however you want, including the method you used for depositing. The restriction is that you cannot cash out amounts smaller than your original deposit to methods other than your depositing choice.

This happened to me as well a little over a week ago. They said they were reviewing my play and everything was fine. I've since made another withdrawal and it only took 20 mins to hit my mb. I know some of us ITT have relocated to Mexico to play, so I'm thinking they might to reviewing our accounts to make sure we are not using VPNs?

I've also had a cashout that I requested on Feb 26th that is still 'pending' and on hold. I emailed them about this days ago, and got a response from security that my email was forwarded to the 'accounts team' but haven't heard anything in days. :/
