@ Moderators, I am sorry if this is in the wrong section (please feel free to put it where it belongs), I tried to look for the representive of Sportsbook on here, but I couldn't find whoom to PM.

Ok, so I am trying to get my account reopened after I get the following email:

Unfortunately, your account has been temporarily disabled for security and verification purposes. At this moment we cannot disclose any details, however, if you want your account to be reviewed for possible reactivation, we kindly request that you send us the following documents:
A copy of the front of all credit/debit cards number registered to your account or, if you prefer, you may supply us with a statement for those cards which show your name, address and card number or transaction made to us. We only need to see the first six digits and the last four digits of the card number.
A color copy of your photo ID (drivers license or passport).
Please scan/take a digital photo of the documents and attach them to your reply to this email. Don't forget to check the quality of your images to ensure that all information is fully legible. The scanned documents in total should not exceed 5MB in size. If you have saved your images as .jpg files, they will be compressed and size should not present a problem.

Once we have fully reviewed your documents we will email you with an update.

I think security is very important at poker sites so I do what they ask, but then I get the following response:

Regarding your current account verification process, in order to validate the documentation received, we kindly ask you to please provide us with a picture of you holding your ID copy (selfie).

Once we've reviewed your docs we'll contact you with an update.

I really wonder how this is ever standard?
Could a Sportsbook representive please PM me or respond here to help me get my account reopened without me having to send very personal information?
Like, I have already sent a copy of my passport, sent a copy of my lease.
A picture of my bankcards used.
As far as I can tell I did everything (if not already more than) that is necessary and standard to get my account reopened. Asking for a selfie though???

There is no Sportstbook representative on 2+2 or any other forum for that matter.

Clearly your account has triggered some flag with security and they want more complete data on you. Send them what they want or go elsewhere.
