Almost all players on the tournament circuit want to become a sponsored pro by an online site...well what do they get? I've heard rumors that they get paid by the site, and they get their buyins paid by the site, do they get to keep all profits? Does anyone know how it works?

Red pros on FT get $30/hour, 100% rb and action from fish iirc.

The above deal is the standard deal for red pros, I knew a red pro and he told me some get a better deal, depending how famous they are. He got something like 30$/hr + 130% rb

I doubt many are getting their tournament buy ins paid (espec the $10ks).. it's just not worth it for the sites.
