Can someone please explain/cliffs whats the deal with Krill?

Is this SWC's version of rakeback?
05-19-2013 , 03:19 PM
Click on the 'promotions' tab on the Seals homepage.
05-19-2013 , 03:20 PM
Krill is like VPPs on stars just lifetime and not annual. The more you get them the better you rakeback is ( you can find more detailed info on their site under promotions) .

the software lags alot sometimes as in 2-3 second lag on every hand. they def need new servers. action is decent though and software isnt really that bad

they also need to allow for late registration on tournaments

It are official:
Check back here 4 hours before start time to register for the 140 Hour 2000 Chip Freeroll.
my 1st 140 hour will be Thurs. nite. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

For the few LHE players, any hope we can change the rake slightly to reflect the higher bitcoin value. Remove the BB level and put in 5 chip cap or even a 7 chip cap.

Quote:
Limit games with a big blind less than 0.1 BTC have 2.5% rake and a 2BB cap. Limit games with a big blind of 0.1 BTC or more have 1% rake and a 0.007 BTC (7 chip) maximum.
The max will never be reached really and your raking unlimited in small LHE action. It would seem to be fair to limit to 5 chip max as your at 2.5% vs 1% ...

I realize I get 50% rake back on almost all hands as starter. Most of the games are 2 or 3 player, but fix this for the future.

Stars is 2% with $.50 max.
Seals is 1.25% with $.70 max at $100 bitcoin.

It think this could be fixed.

I see people complaining about lag often in chat.

Do you guys use the browser or client?

I use the browser and haven't had any lag in a while. I also only play ~4 tables.
05-21-2013 , 01:43 AM
I use the client
05-21-2013 , 02:07 AM
client... <4 tables.
browser's a bastard 2 navigate... I only use it to enter in 50-hour freerolls
and for my ewallet.
05-21-2013 , 08:22 AM
I use the browser, hardly ever get lag playing ~3 tables. But it still slows the games down when everyone else is lagging.
I assume the client is how you get those different colored clubs though?
05-21-2013 , 02:29 PM
Client froze on me a few times last night. Basically looked like action was pending on a player, but it'd just stick there. Had to restart the client to get it working.
05-21-2013 , 02:43 PM
It really does seem like there is a lag almost all the time if I log on in the evening.

Could 'The Team' please comment on this? Are you planning to add more servers? You guys are doing everything else right, but a 3 second lag for every action is is going to drive people away.

BUMP. Would be really nice to get this resolved soon. HU players really get screwed over by this faulty krill formula.

We wanted there always to be a higher level to work towards so the highest is supposed to be nearly unobtainable. But getting 90% of the max value is not so unreasonable.

Limit rake is capped at 50 chips, currently that is less than $1.50, when it was set it was about 30 cents. We don't like to change amounts frequently, but the caps are nearly due for a correction.

But clearly this needs some study and a fix.
And to clarify, if you simply give HU tables a 4.5x multiplier, it won't actually enable them to move up faster than anticipated ... it just gives them the same krill/rake ratio as the 9-max nits

Another bump. Will SWC announce a wave 4 bonus soon? If not, you should probably update your Promo's page to simply list wave 4 as "none." TYTY
