I don't know all that much about SEO...but does re-copying those lines really affect google search rankings all that much? I thought their spidering system algorithms were way more complex than that

I am in contact with LockShane who has spoken to Lock Security and corroborated that logic. He said that the account was played on from the same IP address which does not make it seem like a hacked account (obviously).

I am going to release more info about this situation the longer I go without him paying me my 8k. Here is the AIM conversation we had minutes before I sent the money to his Lock account (Smitty1717). I believe this to be his real name and if you type Eric Hardt poker into google there are a fair amount of results.

[Garrett Thompson (GT178)]
hey this bcgt178 from 2+2 you there?
Mar 6, 2012 5:08 PM
[Eric Hardt (Stunner158)]
Eric Hardt
yah I'm around for a few more minutes. Whats going on man
Red Flag...wants to keep conversation short
[Garrett Thompson (GT178)]
not much, i havent used aim in forever either this is kind of hilarious. just wanted to discuss the Lock deal
Mar 6, 2012 5:10 PM
[Eric Hardt (Stunner158)]
Eric Hardt
Yah, I didn't even have it on this computer. Using some kind of annoying web-based one
[Garrett Thompson (GT178)]
same here, its weird. easier than 2+2 msgs tho. k so i can do 4k-5k what were you looking for again?
Mar 6, 2012 5:11 PM
[Eric Hardt (Stunner158)]
Eric Hardt
I said 5k, but another deal fell through so I can buy up to 8
Red Flag...wants to maximise deal since he knows it will be a 1 time scam
[Garrett Thompson (GT178)]
alright. what price did you want for 5k .9?
Mar 6, 2012 5:13 PM
[Eric Hardt (Stunner158)]
Eric Hardt
yah
[Eric Hardt (Stunner158)]
Eric Hardt
just an fyi, I wouldn't be able to send until tomorrow morning. I gotta leave in about 10 minutes and wouldn't be able to today
[Garrett Thompson (GT178)]
i was thinking more like .925
tomorrow is fine
Mar 6, 2012 5:14 PM
[Eric Hardt (Stunner158)]
Eric Hardt
I can't pay that much
Red Flag...this is a relatively small difference...he is negotiating as a tactic to make you believe he is legit
[Garrett Thompson (GT178)]
what price can you do for 7k
Mar 6, 2012 5:15 PM
[Eric Hardt (Stunner158)]
Eric Hardt
the absolute most I'd be willing to pay is .915
[Garrett Thompson (GT178)]
and would want 7k or no?
Mar 6, 2012 5:17 PM
[Eric Hardt (Stunner158)]
Eric Hardt
yah
up to 8
Mar 6, 2012 5:19 PM
[Garrett Thompson (GT178)]
k
i'd do 8k for .921
can transfer first if your references/2+2 history is strong
[Eric Hardt (Stunner158)]
Eric Hardt
I have 50k worth of transfers in the thread which I'm sure you can verify
Mar 6, 2012 5:20 PM
[Garrett Thompson (GT178)]
k i'll check but i believe you
[Garrett Thompson (GT178)]
i'll check later let's figure this out now
[Eric Hardt (Stunner158)]
Eric Hardt
ok
[Garrett Thompson (GT178)]
i know you have to go
Mar 6, 2012 5:21 PM
[Eric Hardt (Stunner158)]
Eric Hardt
I'm not paying more then .92 on absolutely any amount
Red Flag...he already said most he would do was .915
[Eric Hardt (Stunner158)]
Eric Hardt
If it gets done by tomorrow morning, I'll buy any amount up to 8k for .92
Red Flag...wants it done quickly...strike while the iron is hot
[Garrett Thompson (GT178)]
i can definitely get it done tonight
[Eric Hardt (Stunner158)]
Eric Hardt
otherwise I'm pretty confident I can buy smaller amounts for less, it's just easier not having to pay a couple different methods
Red Flag...maximizing largest deal by giving another reason
Mar 6, 2012 5:22 PM
[Garrett Thompson (GT178)]
yea i hear ya
[Garrett Thompson (GT178)]
yea i can do 8k for .92
[Eric Hardt (Stunner158)]
Eric Hardt
so if you want to do 8k for 7360, I'll do that
[Garrett Thompson (GT178)]
yea i'm good with that
how will you be paying BoA is preferable or wire
Mar 6, 2012 5:23 PM
[Eric Hardt (Stunner158)]
Eric Hardt
I can do either
Mar 6, 2012 5:25 PM
[Garrett Thompson (GT178)]
k BoA then please
if you give me your Lock name i'll check out your refs and send tomorrow morning
[Eric Hardt (Stunner158)]
Eric Hardt
not a problem
Smitty1717
Yah, feel free to check. Most of my transfers are highly rep'd people.. carpe dylan, a 1 i s h a, fees, ike, etc..
[Garrett Thompson (GT178)]
k sounds good i've dealt with them before
Mar 6, 2012 5:26 PM
[Eric Hardt (Stunner158)]
Eric Hardt
but I gotta get going. I'll be checking my ipad semi-regularly for the next few hours so feel free to pm me on 2p2
[Garrett Thompson (GT178)]
so: 8k Lock for 7360 BoA, I'll send tonight and you'll transfer BoA by when/
?
Mar 6, 2012 5:27 PM
[Eric Hardt (Stunner158)]
Eric Hardt
by 1130 central time
Red Flag...he doesn't ask you for your account info because he has no intention of transfering funds
[Eric Hardt (Stunner158)]
Eric Hardt
k, pm me if you need anything
Mar 6, 2012 5:28 PM
[Garrett Thompson (GT178)]
k here is my BoA info: acct#xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Name: Garrett Thompson Zip Code xxxxx
i'll pm it to you too for ease

Eric Hardt

Unless I'm missing something, this was the biggest red flag to me. I read through the guy's posting history. It wasn't that long. He had a few trades, but he sent first in every one of them. And even given that, it certainly wasn't $50k worth of trades.

The google name search of Erick Hardt is making its way up. Let's keep it going.

Erick Hardt. Be a man a respond in this thread as to why you ran this SCAM for 8 thousand Dollars.

Erick Hardt we know you are still a thief and a liar.

Erick Hardt of McDonough County is a criminal, degenerate gambler and a scammer.

Erick Hardt you have some serious explaining to do.

I'm not sure if this is correct as I don't have facebook but I read that when you send someone a friend request or report a picture violation you can type a message to them. Has anyone tried informing his circle of loved ones about what Erick Hardt did? I don't know if this is something OP was looking to do. Just curious.

Oh I know, that's why I said in hindsight it could appear that way. No way of know for sure if this was the plan all along of course. That's why I don't typically like to play the "what if" game because you just don't know. That being said, it just drives me insane that people do this. You are only as good of a person as your word in my book.

Not necessary - the OP has his email linked in his profile.

So do I.

Wow, it's not hard to just explain yourself. This one line in a week is just disgusting. Do you have a drug problem along with your gambling/fraud problem?

Re: Scammed by Hambone4k?

I'm going to explain everything to him. I'm not even quite sure what totally happened yet. All I know for sure is many of my passwords were the same. My lock, carbon, and chase were all taken for money. I've had many chances to scam people and never would. So I just want to contact him and let him know privately of the actions I've taken and how I can try and rectify any situation.

You're invited to use this thread or send me a PM.

I've invested a lot of time trying to figure out what happened. I reported what I saw to the the city Chief of Police (on vacation), his assistant (on duty), the County Sheriff, the State Attorney, and the local newspaper.

If anything I've done has caused undue attention and inconvenience, I'll be just as diligent informing them of any exculpating info.

If you're genuine and sincere and want my help, I'll freely give it. I don't have an axe to grind. I just want to know the facts and take appropriate action.

Are you trying to claim that you didn't gamble away 9k+ after you received the money from OP?

The stupidity is mind numbing. A bit of advice to scam boy, the only thing you need to explain is how you plan on paying OP back. Everyone here watched you gamble his money away while you went MIA. The gig is up.

This is the best you could come up with after a week? This post and your "hacked" thread don't show a ton of creativity.

Weren't you trading BoA money, not Chase?

Re: Scammed by Hambone4k?

Hambone4k and I have exchanged several PM's.

He's expressed an interest in getting the matter settled, and is willing to work with me to that end.

@ bcgt178, if you have any questions or get or want any updates, please let me know.

@ mods and serious veteran helpers (you know who you are), feel free to post or PM anytime.

@ everyone else, please recognize that I will be dispassionate and thorough. As long as Hambone4k is open and cooperative, we'll move towards a full accounting what happened. I might answer some general questions, but I'll also be very mindful of Hambone4k's desire to deal with this via PM.

Anyone is welcome to ask questions, and by all means, if you have any evidence, please let us know.

@ trolls, please stay away.
