Scammed by Hambone4k? - Page 3 - Internet Poker

???

What legal action can be taken regards to online poker debt? I was under the impression that you could cheat/scam/bot as much as you want with almost 0 chance of legal recourse.

He probably doesnt, he lost a lot yesterday. I dont know when you contacted Lock but they should have locked his account when you reported him.

yea i think he has to wait until online poker is 100% completely legal in the US of A

I wouldn't be so sure.

EDIT: And it's only after really looking through that thread that I saw that Clamper13 seemed to have played a big part in that scammer getting convicted. Eric Hardt has made a huge mistake.

No need to unleash any Internet vigilantism on him. I could be wrong, but I doubt it. If the police agree with me, this new trouble will bring him enough unwanted attention.

hey clampy how are you able to find info on these fools? Isn't it illegal to hack peoples accounts or are these ****s really stupid and leave personal info on things such as AIM?

This isn't an answer for clamper, but I'll say this as a former marketplace mod and one time scam sniffer here in the zoo- most people who do stuff like this don't have nearly the foresight to make themselves hard to find with even a quick look at whatever info is already out there.

I read through most of hambones 45 WHOLE posts here and I am failing to find what makes him have any solid refs. He uses Fees as a ref. He sent first for god sake. Did anybody vouch for him?

I have no interest in hacking. It's not the way I get things done.

I don't want to reveal too much lest future scammers improve their attempts at concealment. Suffice it to say that it involves a lot of research. Once I start digging I go wherever it leads.
