Unless I'm missing something, this was the biggest red flag to me. I read through the guy's posting history. It wasn't that long. He had a few trades, but he sent first in every one of them. And even given that, it certainly wasn't $50k worth of trades.

I'm not sure if this is correct as I don't have facebook but I read that when you send someone a friend request or report a picture violation you can type a message to them. Has anyone tried informing his circle of loved ones about what Erick Hardt did? I don't know if this is something OP was looking to do. Just curious.

Oh I know, that's why I said in hindsight it could appear that way. No way of know for sure if this was the plan all along of course. That's why I don't typically like to play the "what if" game because you just don't know. That being said, it just drives me insane that people do this. You are only as good of a person as your word in my book.

Wow, it's not hard to just explain yourself. This one line in a week is just disgusting. Do you have a drug problem along with your gambling/fraud problem?

I'm going to explain everything to him. I'm not even quite sure what totally happened yet. All I know for sure is many of my passwords were the same. My lock, carbon, and chase were all taken for money. I've had many chances to scam people and never would. So I just want to contact him and let him know privately of the actions I've taken and how I can try and rectify any situation.

I've invested a lot of time trying to figure out what happened. I reported what I saw to the the city Chief of Police (on vacation), his assistant (on duty), the County Sheriff, the State Attorney, and the local newspaper.

If anything I've done has caused undue attention and inconvenience, I'll be just as diligent informing them of any exculpating info.

If you're genuine and sincere and want my help, I'll freely give it. I don't have an axe to grind. I just want to know the facts and take appropriate action.
