OP you should PM a mod or admin to get the title changed... to something better

Regardless of him getting hacked(I'd said it's close to 0%, but possible... I guess), he owes you the 8k. It's up to him to get the 8k back if he was hacked.(I recommend getting Clamper to help if he was hacked.)

Uh, yeah. Let me get this straight, OP, he's saying that you shipped him poker funds and then someone hacked his account and lost the funds, so now he won't send you the wire transfer he promised? What, did someone hack his bank account, too? The most annoying thing about some criminals, is they are too stupid too really think through their side of the story. So their fates are usually not pretty. But that will be little consolattion to you of course unless the site/reps are able to help you recoupe your funds.

Agree with apefish. Even if he was hacked....which is super unlikely....he still owes you the $8k and should be taking steps to arrange a payment plan instead of playing sngs all day.

I posted in the other thread that he claims to be hacked in. It is weird that he claims to have done a trade that more than 99.99% he did not do. Here is the link to the post I made. Obviously he is shady and shows that he was trying to boast his trades so he can go for the big scam.

Update is only that I have not been contacted by hambone4k whatsoever and that he has been playing super turbo sng's like djg1979 reported. Why he has not contacted since I sent the 8k leads me to believe that there is no way he was hacked and he intended on scamming me the entire time.

I am in contact with LockShane who has spoken to Lock Security and corroborated that logic. He said that the account was played on from the same IP address which does not make it seem like a hacked account (obviously).

I am going to release more info about this situation the longer I go without him paying me my 8k. Here is the AIM conversation we had minutes before I sent the money to his Lock account (Smitty1717). I believe this to be his real name and if you type Eric Hardt poker into google there are a fair amount of results.
