I was playing on the Suprema app Miami Ballers club when they suddenly banned my accounts and froze the related weekly winnings from the Agents.

We communicate that the investigation linked to the protocol *#781450411* has been completed. The result of the analysis was positive, being determined the definitive banishment of the agencies and their respective donwlines previously informed, for violation of the Community Rules and Terms of Service of the Suprema App, as well as the imposition of a fine referring to the earnings and rake of the same(s) in the calculation period. The amounts that will be charged at the next closing are as follows:

I sent a month ago an email to their security team but they are not giving any explanation its a total joke.Be careful dealing with this app and club they disregard completely the players and can just use whatever reasons to seize your funds. Also the agents are clearly not applying any guarantee on the winning (DSG Agents Digital Stack Group).

Update: No reply from the Suprema Security to the Emails they just ignore them and stole the funds no explanation given they can just take your money. Also funny fact I heard they introduce a Rebate the week I was banned so it was probably a good way to get rid of the regulars playing on their app. Really poor communication from the agents also I would not recommend to deal with them.
