RW's paycheck, for whatever reason, isn't going towards retiring this debt. If he resorted to theft, he probably doesn't have any income to put in the poker community, regardless of his alleged income or expenses.
That means he has to get more income or sell assets.
You have some sort of IT job. You can do contract work on Elance and get paid half up front. You can post under the services section on Craigslist in multiple cities. You can put flyers with phone number tags in supermarkets and convenience store bulletin boards offering to help people with their computer problems for $35/hr. Price yourself low, rack up some hours, and you'll be paid off in a few weeks.
Or you can sell/pawn (and buy back later) assets. You have multiple computers. You have access to discounted hard drives. The typical home has tens of thousands of dollars worth of things that can be sold and bought back before anybody else in the house notices they're gone.
I'm not going to call you names, I'm just pointing out that the current schedule ($20/week) is not reasonable. This is not a lot of money to pull together.
