I feel sorry for the people on your list that you even mention option number 3.

As I said I am getting rakeback payment either today or tomorrow, and it will all be redistributed among the people on that list.

My friend felt sorry for me and sent me $ 22 so thats why I asked what I should do with it, i talked to exec and he didnt want small payment like that.

Option 3 should not even be in your thought process. People want their money. You have it. At this point, it is not your right to use their money to stake yourself to tourneys even if you do plan on using the potential winnings to pay people back.

I already recommended to you that you outline your method of paying people back, and post it here so that you can avoid this confusion. Also, let people know how you intend to get the money, exactly how much you will get from rakeback, your job, etc. What dates will you receive the monies? What dates will you pay so-and-so off? Etc. Be specific.

The more clear you are about this, the more likely it will result in a reasonable conclusion.

What are you talking about Bob, I made an exact list of who is owed the money, I also stated on few occasions that I am getting somewhere between 300-400 in rakeback and that will all be paid to people, also somewhere around july 14-15th I am getting my contract pay than I can use 1k of it to pay people back, if anything comes up in between ( such as people who owe me money send it to me online) I will make payments as well.

Lets say I got my rakeback which is 326. which is better

1. Me splitting up the whole 326 to pay players back and than they wont be able to get anything untill one week from that date.

2. Me splitting up $ 300 where (note 26 divided by 8 will be abour 3 a person, which doesnt make a bid difference), and using that 26 to play mtt, and I score everyone can get paid a lot quicker.

Managing this debt should not be that difficult although I can tell the manner in which you are proceeding is going to take you far to long to make things right (and hence cause more tension). None of this can be good for you.

You can find one of the best pieces ever written about debt consolidation as it relates to gamblers here. This guy knows his stuff and it will only serve to make you feel better about your current situation.

My advice would be that the matter not be further discussed. The Whole Sordid Story, while perhaps interesting to voyeurs, adds nothing to a successful resolution. If there is not a successful resolution, that will generate one course of action, but if there is a successful resolution, that will generate quite another course of action.

That's all there is for now.

I would expect that a repayment to Person A would cause Person A to acknowledge 'payment received'. Likewise Person B. These persons have been identified, more as an acknowledgement of the debt than anything else. If the money can be made good, great.

But airing the whole thing over again? I think nobody gains by that. "I'm sorry" isn't nearly as good as "I'm sorry, and here's the money I owe you".

Don't expect a full airing here, and don't expect full details, if you're one of the voyeurs. If you're one of the persons owed money, hope for the best, but there's only one detail that truly matters to you, and that's 'when do I get that repayment?" Hopefully, that answer will be acceptable to you.

But I don't think further circus gains anybody anything, and I hope it doesn't happen.
