Why don't all sites have tables that you have to BI full on?

Still run the usual tables but introduce a few with a max BI feature so that some of us can avoid the plague?

And yes I F**ING HATE RATHOLERS - they are table choking scum, that make tables break and destroy game flow.

But you can still buyin short on 'those deep tables' no? My point is to run tables that you have to buyin for the max, either 100bb,250bb which ever. You cannot simply sit down with your 40bb and wait for AK+, JJ+

For the record I don't get 'owned' by shortstackers. They are easy to play against. My problem is that when one sits at a table, you have to tighten ranges for 3B, 4B etc because of their half stack. As I've already said it just ruins what was previously a good table.
