Cake/Juicy Stakes auto pay rakeback. You cannot get stiffed there or any other auto pay room.

Any news regarding rakebrain? Their site seems down, is it just temporarily or has it been like that for a while?

I've sent a few emails to see if my betfair account has been properly moved over to the new network as they are honouring existing rakeback deals.
Since the 2p2 account is still active can you PM me or respond to my emails.

You just have to keep emailing them over and over again. Eventually they'll respond but it takes a long time.

They must be reading this thread. That link is now a 404 error.

I didn't do much research, so I blame myself. This website, despite informing me I had successfully signed up for rakeback at ACR failed to give me any rakeback for about 3 months (tail end of Nov through the beginning of Jan). I emailed them asking what the issue was and I received no response.

Don't use this site. I apologize if I am beating a dead horse and it is already common knowledge that rakebrain is, at best, a scame.

Good luck at the tables.

I've never switch affiliates before, but I've heard its possible. Since rakebrain isn't responding to my emails and my account hasn't been updated with ACR that I just signed up through them, how do I go about switching? Does the new affiliate offer to pay rakeback on the rake that I've already generated? I don't even know if it is being calculated/count right now and I have grinded a lot over the weekend. I don't seem to be getting any of the elite points on ACR so I am guessing it is being tallied somewhere, but the site isn't updating any of this information.

Kind of frustrating considering I used them back in 2012 for all my rakeback...

You can contact ACR to see if you got tracked to rakeback or get moved there. The other option is to sign up for True Poker or Black Chip Poker for rakeback through another affiliate. They are all basically the same site.

If Rakebrain is ignoring you, I would go ahead and move sites through another affiliate. That way if there is a dispute of some sort later you know your affiliate can get involved.

The popular choice around here is Rake the Rake but rakeback payments are automated so if you find a responsive affiliate with a special offer above and beyond rakeback for one of those sites choose them. I always suggest emailing the affiliate with a test question to see how long it takes to get a response.

I got "approved" according to their website for rakeback about 1.5 weeks ago. I still have yet to see stats update and I continue to receive elite points, so I know they aren't tracking anything. I sent them another email a few days ago and have yet to hear back.

Anyone have a clue of what I should do? I really don't want to move sites/leave ACR. But if I have to I guess I can just cash in all my combat points, and transfer funds to a new account without depositing? There is no way for me to get general this year since I started so late, so it's kind of frustrating putting in lots of volume but receiving like 13% rakeback.

Create an account at True Poker or BCP through a legit affiliate. You can't move money from one skin to another though. You'll have to withdraw and redeposit.

I sent them a couple of emails/support tickets. Are they not operational anymore? The site is up but no reply from them. And I don't think they are receiving stats from the poker sites they're affiliated anymore...
