I'm confused...I have no balance as of yet on Carbon, so where could I find a transaction ID? When I emailed Carbon, they basically said the same thing. Feels like i'm being given the run-around...what gives RAKEBRAIN??

From the looks of it, it looks like Carbon thinks it is a deposit/cashout issue. You don't get transaction IDs for rakeback. Anyone think we will actually be paid this time?

This would be the 3rd time I have given you my details. Once by email with subject as VIPplayers and once to a rep via PM on here around Xmas time when you first said about resolving this.

It's not worth my time anymore, good luck to anyone still going to pursue this or any future rakebrain customers. If anyone asks about affiliates I will be sure to tell them about this company.

Yea I mean this is nothing but the same excuses that we have heard before. At this point either make it right or just let everyone know that you aren't. Why has this deadline been pushed back yet AGAIN? You claim that you want to do what is best for your players but you have done nothing to make us feel that way.

I agree, its getting to be more trouble than its worth. As long as this post continues to come up 2nd on a RAKEBRAIN google search, guess that will have to do. This is the last email I received..."the account we sent them"?? Smoke and mirrors IMO.

Seriously, whats the point?? Players beware: They may or may not be paying out rakeback deals now, but they have failed to honor/pay out numerous agreements made in the past. This is fact.

... not sure what to say other than they finally paid me back... still doesn't excuse it taking more than a year but rakebrain did send me my money via paypal... I signed up on Cake (now Juicy) w/RakeBrain a few years ago and they have paid me RB weekly (when I've been playing) and still do. Agree that they are not the best site and sounds like new players are getting screwed, but they've been good to me (assuming they didn't transfer my acct. to some other provider at some point without my knowing).
