Same issue with not getting paid any rake for my play on Lock. Please someone post an update if they hear from Rakebrain, cause i have sent several emails and pms and have gotten no response

Well if Rakebrain is dumb enough to turn their back on the largest online poker forum, so be it.
It will be a decision they regret eventually.

seems they hav it but under another company or they outsourced it

hard to tell , trying to reach someone at pokerlisitings is very difficult ..i try for weeks

I am still getting rakeback from Rakebrain, but I registered for it in mid 2011. I think they're screwing the ppl over that registered for it this year.

Looks to be the case...they may or nay not have known about any of this when they purchased it, but as far as i know, when a company/business is sold, the new owner is responsible for any past debt, correct??

This is not the case at all. As we said, we are working to find the best possible solution to the issues of players who were drawn into this deal.

Since this is quite a delicate situation involving player's cash out we needed to take our time and consult with our legal advisers before getting back to you on this thread.

It would have been very irresponsible and unprofessional from our end to reply to the thread and promising that we could solve everything immediately and then let the players down or mislead them completely.

Why by the end of January? Some players that are still owed money may read this afterwards. Not matter what the case may be, due diligence from FAKEBRAIN is what every owed player deserves.
