Wow I've never thought I would ever question if one room has a better rakeback than poker stars lol

So here's the deal guys. I play zNL100 on Pokerstars, which I've found to charge 4.5% per pot to a maximum of 3$. I get little over 2% rake back on it on the highest box.

On the other hand, there's GGpoker which charges 0.10c of rake per 2$ in the pot which is 5% to a maximum of 5$. However, I can easily get to 35% rake back there.

35% of the 5$ max pot is like ~1.8$ which would still make Pokerstars cheaper even without rake back due to their 3$ max. However this only makes sense on pots where you're stacking/getting stacked by your opponent to reach this rake cap.

So from you guys experience, in the long run, which rake program will be best?

do you mean 35% PVI RB?? (PVI can be 0-2, i had like 0.3 on 30k hands. example: i raked 10$ and they only count 3$ and then multiply whatever percent you get on the FB)

and you also missed one pays rake before preflop if 3b was made!

on the other hand i got no clue where you got those rake infos.

AFAIK:

PS: nl100 zoom: 5% cap: 2.5$
GG: nl100 R&C: 5% cap: 3$
GG: nl100 regular: 5% cap: 5$

The one where you make the best hourly after everything taken and returned.

GGPoker will screw you in lots of other ways such as preflop rake and PVI. Ultimately, nothing matters except where you make the most money. If one site has a softer pool, then it's probably best to go with that one.

What's PVI? The only rake program I've seen at GGpoker is that fish buffet thing. So you mean it is actually way lower than 35% and there's no such thing as their 50% rake back maximum?

I'm playing at a different partition of Pokerstars so yea we pay 3$ there as far as I can see from my HH. Guess I was looking at the regular cap from GG and assumed it was the same for zoom.

So what would your take on this be? Sounds like it aint that much better but still GG is the way to go

About a half year since I played on GGpoker, but I was signed up through WPD and had contact with Alexey, the rb deal was standard, 30%. After some time I suspected there was something off with the rakeback I got, contacted them and I was told that they only counted rake for the pots I LOST.

Just a warning, if its still possible to get deals via affiliates on this network, I would not go with wpd.

Its really hard to calculate the rake differences, since GG rakes 3bet+ pots preflop, even if they dont see a flop

GG also rakes PLO 3% uncapped for midstskes and up... unless you’re playing the nosebleeds with Leon and co, because... ????
