Come back to final 10 players on the thousandaire maker with $2000 in chips when blinds were like 500-1000$.
These are 2 tournaments where i was in prime position to win or atleast do very well in both and through no fault of my own i am eliminated via blinds.
I hope this is made right otherwise I will never play on this software again and advocate the wrongs that occurred on this day.
The exact same thing happened to me. I got a bunch of error messages saying "We're not able to process your request", then i DC'd and it was trying to reconnect forever, then finally when i restarted i got black screen of death and called customer support. They couldn't help, kept having me reinstall/restart etc even though the problem was clearly with their server. Black screen continued for several hours, in fact i had the exact same problem when i installed the software on another computer. Suddenly an hour ago it starts working again.
I was also deep in a tourny and they refused to give me anything at all since i cashed in it while blinding out, even though i lost hundreds in value. I'm really lucky that this happened near the end of my session, i feel for you.
