I'm trying to login but the lobby is all black anyway to fix this?

I played earlier with no problem. Now I’m getting the black lobby screen. Nobody has a fix for this? I tried restarting and still didnt work.

I posted in that also. Surprised this hasn’t been address by Ignition yet. I tried restarting and uninstall and still nothing. I’m on a Mac btw.

one machine working fine, the other one black screened. Uninstalled/ReInstalled and still black.

Temporarily disabling my antivirus (using avast) seems to have worked for me, unless this was just dumb luck. I'll have to the try language swap if I get it again as well

No, it's not down. If it were down, or if people thought it was down, they'd have been posting in this thread, rather than the correct thread. This issue has nothing to do with the site being down.

So either:

1) It's rather inefficient that you'd move this one software bug issue to this thread, while leaving all the other software bug issues in the other thread.

or

2) It's going to get crowded in this thread if you intend to move all the Ignition/Bodog/Bovada software bug questions to this thread.

So you want post after post saying the same thing, that their screen is black, (and the player may think the site is down), crowding the main Bodog thread instead of this secondary thread? I see.

Out of interest, what useful purpose does that serve?

The poker client is complete dog **** after the update. Anyone know how to fix the black/grey screen upon opening the client? I have tried clearing .exe processes and reinstalling

Can't login to software because I cant even see the login screen. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, big mistake, because now the place to download the poker software on ignitions website is literally gone. The contact us page doesnt work, the poker software download page doesnt work, the login button on the website doesnt work, basically the only pages that work are the main home page and the pages describing the promotion system that I can't even use right now. If this is not tilting, what is.

It serves the useful purpose of keeping all discussion of software related issues, resolutions, solutions and potential work arounds in the same thread.

When there comes a barrage of posts about the spinner issue, or any of the other common issues on this network, you don't move them all to this thread, why not? How is it different?

Create a thread for Ignition/Bovada/Bodog software issues and put everything there. That would probably be ideal. But if not, then at least keep everything related to known/common software problems in the same place.

And again, no one thought that the site was down. These posts certainly don't belong in this thread. I don't know why you think that anyone thought the site might be down. In all the posts that you moved, not one person even speculated that the site might be down. Everyone knew it was a software issue, everyone knew they did an update. Everyone who plays there knows that when they do updates, we get problems and we have to find a solution. Ignition/Bodog/Bovada certainly isn't going to find the solution for us.

So it's quite convenient when all the software issues and solutions can be found in the same thread. As it stands now we have most issues in the other thread, and this issue in this thread. Similar problems, all software related, being discussed in multiple different threads, ...what useful purpose does that serve?
