Dont deposit there, I think theyre going for second bankrupt.

NO answers from support for 2-3 weeks, withdrawals pending since 2-3 weeks also.

Just noticed theyre offering a reload bonus, so dont get cought. The bastards are probably trying to get their hands on as much money they can before closing.

Same story here... Had one withdrawal request pending for 2 months, after which it's still not paid out. Didn't know there where problems there, so I reversed it and requested a new one, which keeps pending as well. Sent 5 emails (no response), no live chat available and the phone number that's printed on the site is not valid (modem sound).

Any new ideas? Keep you guys posted...

Good news I think! Walker Poker just took over Wingows, bringing it to the Merge Network. The press release says they intend to help players get their money back on a per person basis. Although this sounds a bit vague, it at least seems that their intentions are good.

I emailed them about what this means exactly for my particular situation, so sometime soon there'll be some more specifics.

Am I reading it correctly? Sounds like whoever owned the DGN network 'between' dobrosoft owning the network basically stole players' funds? Wasn't that company futurebet or futurebet-related?
Seems pretty crap for wingows too, being the victim of 2 different scam/bust networks

Okay, I've had contact with Walker now. The construction is a bit strange. They're going to transfer the full sum of my Wingows balance to my account at Walker, but this amount can't be cashed out instantly. For $1 you generate in rake, $0.25 of the Wingows balance becomes cleared for cashout. In the meantime you can still profit from bonuses/rakeback, so it's not that bad as long as your Wingows balance is not enormous.

Seems pretty silly you have to clear a requirement before getting money you should have had 1-3 months ago.

Gl everyone

WOW. So Walker wants to generate rake off of other people getting screwed by a company they just took over? Insanity.

wow, reading this kills any envey from hearing people talk about how soft some podunk site is. The reason I only play at stars now (used to play at five sites pre neteller demise) is just to avoid these kinda hassles. I hate hassles more than I like money.

Yeah, it's moronic. They guy who had 5K on the site thus has to generate 20K in rake . Good concept Walker.

I can understand if they said you need to generate $1 of rake to get $1 of your money back since Walker did take over the company and it wasn't directly their fault Wingows didn't pay their customers. But trying to make $3 on every dollar they give back to people who had their money stolen is just wrong.

lol, what kind of stupidity is this? Having to accumulate rake in order to withdraw an existing cashout? lol, wtf.

Stupid thing is, the amount you actually 'get back' from your balance is lower than what you would get if you deposited and got rakeback from walker poker

Yeah, but the thing is that you CAN get rakeback on top of this arrangement. The problem is however, that they didn't tell me about the arrangement before I created an account, creating new troubles in getting a rakeback deal (which requires creating a new account)... I hope they'll be a little cooperative in this matter, because otherwise there's no point in clearing the funds whatsoever. Would be better off participating in a 30% rakeback deal somewhere else.
