hi guys,

im currently living (and have citizenship) in germany, however im planning to move to argentina for a year. will i be able/am i allowed to play on stars.fr and winamax.fr?

not from argentina no, you need an EU bank account matched up to the EU address on the account

well i have an EU bank account and EU citizenship. if i set my account up while i still live in germany, does that make any difference?

yeh shouldn't be a problem, they will send you a verification code to that address which you will have to input online, this can take a couple of weeks so give it plenty of time!
