My question is: When is FTP going to take this money from my account? I really hate to forget about this like a month down the road and withdraw from my account, and FTP all of the sudden decide it's time to take the deposit.

Any thoughts?
email support bro, there's no way of anyone knowing when they'll take it off.

if they don't take it out in a week, you can just cancel the deposit probably.

Can't do that. Already lost the money, lol. Guess I'll just have to make sure there's always $200 in that account -- at least for the next several months ... Ugh.

Maybe some people do.

I made 2 eCheck deposits, within an hour of one another on 5/31.

First one for $35 cleared 4 days later, second for $55 has yet to be deducted from checking, and I got the same letter back saying they had problems others and they would retry, or just deduct from my PS account.

I made an echeck deposit on 6/2 and they yet to debit my account. I haven't received any emails from them and my PS account hasn't been debited either. Maybe there's an end in sight for them? Let's hope.

I'm pretty sure earlier in this thread some people had wrote that perhaps PS would put the monies cashed out through echecks back into their accounts soon. I rec'd this email last night.

Hello Jeffrey,

Thank you for your email.

We regret we cannot reverse this transaction at this stage.

We are working with our eCheck processor to confirm the status of
recently processed cash-outs. Updates will be communicated to our
players by email.

In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

I had requested the cashout be placed back into my PS account.
The cashout was approved 5/29.

does anyone have any idea what so ever when the echeck option will be back up. Is it safe to say it would be back up within a day seeing as UB/AP is back up or was the UB AP echeck being down have nothing to do with the stars and tilt situation?

I emailed them and they said they have no updates
to how long its going to take for them to have
it up and running again but they also
told me that they would contact me by email
and let me know the details once everything
is fixed and up and running.

Just posting here to say that I have not e-mailed them and thus have no canned e-mail from support to post in this thread. I have heard from others that they have no updates on when e-checks will be back up. Hope this helps. When I hear again that there are still no updates about this I'll be sure to come back and update everyone about how there still aren't any updates.

MicroBob, I would like to say that I appreciate these updates greatly since I do not use e-checks, I accidentally clicked on this thread, and will probably never read it again unless I see it bumped to the front page by you. So yes, some people do appreciate your help.

Sorry for the delay. The e-mails that I have not sent are still unsent at this time and, in fact, are unwritten. Stars has yet to respond to me as well. I'm pretty sure the responses from Stars to me are also unwritten at this time but cannot be sure. I am hoping they confirm for me that they have not written any response as of yet but to do that would require them to write a response about how they haven't written a response which provides us with a neat little paradox. Should I make a new thread about this to seek Scottyy's input?

I think for this particular situation that would be warranted, yes.

Jerok - They said they were going to have clarification about the general problem of the e-checks I think. That is different than the situation where they have not replied to me for not sending them any e-mails.
