i canceled my 4/15 echeck cash out of 1k, and think i'm just going to go with the safe bet of wire transfer.

Have requested checks from Stars on 3/28 and 4/10. No sign of either.

Why would the wire transfer be a safer bet?

Same here. I emailed the above address and the new .eu support/cashier. Still no reply after ~ 1 day. At this point I'm not expecting one.

My email response took almost 3 days and was just automated, basically saying funds are safe and they are trying to figure out things.

P.S. It was sent to the .eu one

I requested an echeck for $600 at 3pm est on black friday ....notified of *confirmation* and *credited* to my bank account (obviously this is not going to happen for now) but I wanted to know what was going on and if someone could give me some answers. I received this response:

We apologize for the delay in responding to your email.

Unfortunately we are unable to immediately process cashout requests for US and US territories players as a result of the legal developments in the United States. We are making it a priority to work with the relevant authorities to secure the return of funds as soon as possible. We will promptly provide you with additional information as soon as it becomes available.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.

Well...be prepared for a ~2 year cash-out wait. Looks like they would include some interest.

At least you got a reply I emailed them a few times and heard back nothing. I'd rather them just throw the $600 back into my account and cancel it at this point since even though it says "Approved" we all know they didn't even process it in the first place.

So with today's news ( http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/29...awals-1024331/ ) should we request echecks and expect them to go through normally?

I'd requested one and gotten it approved a few hours before the black friday craziness went down and had it be in limbo this whole time, finally got it credited it back to my account today.
