Dear Bobs' Cat
As promised here is the response from PS.
I also included my email to them.
It seems like there are absolutely no problems. I don't know what everybody is talking about.
Please let Bob know. Thank you.

>Hello,

it really does sound like they're confident you will recieve the funds. I remember one of the other times people were sure it wouldnt hit anyones account and on exactly the 10th busieness day they started flooding in. we'll see i guess.

No it's not. Most people are talking about $25-$200. If that's a ton of money then, wow ... should you really be gambling at all?

And the money is not lost anyway. When things get straightened out it will be either in your bank account or in your Stars account, and there will be ways to withdraw it.

I think people get way too worked up about not being able to get their money immediately when they want it. You will get it eventually. Just chill.

If you need it for this month's rent, that's some pretty bad planning on your part tbh.

i'll bet you $200 (escrowed) that i don't have the money in my bank account within 10 business days. i'll give you 3 to 1

and capitola sorry not everyone is as well off as you. let me guess you grew up in a house with both parents and they paid for part of your college tuition?

I did read the thread.. All I know is that when Stars wanted my money from my checking account it had zero delays and never has. But when I want a whopping 81 withdrawal.. It gets held up.. FTP also.. Deposits. No problem. OUt the next day.. 325 withdrawal? Hmm.. Processors.. LOL.. Its bad enough they steal your money with rigged bull****. Now this.. Oh well. I hope someone out there at Isla de Man enjoys my money..

A couple of posters mentioned they had cashed out most/all of their funds on Stars and now were in limbo. They can't turn the money around and deposit onto Stars again because they don't have their money or e-checks or down, etc etc. Ummm, maybe if you intend on continuing to play there you shouldn't be cleaning out your account? Why is it so important to ship your money back and forth? Just keep some amount on the site. BRILLIANT!!

If you've been around online poker for more than a few months, you know that cashout delays are common. Waiting until the last second to cash out your rent money is just bad bankroll management. That's true whether you play $0.01/$0.02 or $1000/$2000.

And by the way, my rugby scholarship took care of most of the Harvard tuition, and trust fund income handled the rest, so Mum and Dad didn't have to fork out a dime, thank you very much.

I tried to open a click2pay account. Was directed to a screen that said "your IP address indicates that you are not in the United States" and a few other countries that it services. I emailed service@click2pay to say I was in the US. I got the reply "We're sorry, but the service is unavailable to people in the US.

Thank you for allowing us to be of assistance.

Please note that under regular circumstances it should take up to 10
*business* days for an eCheck cashout to be credited to your bank account.

However due to the recent situation eChecks, we need our processor to
confirm the status of these cashouts. We will provide updates via email.

Thank you for your patience and understanding on this matter.

Best regards,

Just received this e-mail after I deposited via e-check on 6/1. Luckily I was winning and wasn't stuck with a negative balance.

Dear edc5036,

We have been informed that the following deposit could not be processed:

Reference Number : xxxxxxxxxxx
Amount: $200.00
Date: 2009/06/01
Reason: DEPOSIT NOT PROCESSED

These funds were credited to your PokerStars account when you made your deposit
request however due to a processing problem the transaction was never sent to
your bank. As we didn't receive funds for this deposit, the amount of your
unprocessed deposit has been deducted from your PokerStars account balance.

Please note that future eCheck deposits will not be affected by this return.
Your eCheck deposits will continue to be credited to your PokerStars account
balance as they did prior to receiving this return notification.

If your current balance is less than $0.00, this means that you did not have
sufficient funds available in your PokerStars account to repay the amount of
your unprocessed deposit. All you have to do to complete repayment is make a
deposit for the total amount owing. Your next deposit will automatically be
applied toward your negative balance.

We apologize for the inconveniences this may have caused you.

If you have any questions, please email us at "PokerStars Support"
<support@pokerstars.com>

My e-mail was forwarded yet again today after I started griping about receiving the same automated response at least 3 times with no real information. It was forwarded a little over 12 hours ago with no response yet, I will post the response as soon as it comes in. For future reference I requested an e-check withdrawal on 6/01 I also received confirmation that it had been processed later that day.

Ah I see...in that case they have until the 11th to be within the normal window. I also had a bad check which was refunded yesterday and I immediately requested a wire which was processed within 2 hours. I have a feeling I will receive that first.

There's always a chance in the current environment, but I would bet you are safe.
