I've never played at either of those sites. I'm a U.S. player. Can someone tell me if Ultimate bet, Bodog, and Cake allow U.S. players? Also, which one is easiest to deposit and withdraw from? I'd like one that can use my bank account like with full tilt poker. And which one gets the most traffic? I assume it would be Ultimate Bet?

I honestly haven't made a decision yet as to which one I will play on. I'm leaning toward Ultimate Bet unless anyone has advice. I've just learned today that on Bodog it takes weeks to get paid but if that has the most traffic then I can make an exception for it.

Ultimate Bet had the big cheating scandal starting on their website but they have cleaned up their act. Bodog, I've open an account and deposited as soon I won a bet I had to send in a ton of information then it said 30 days for a check. Not sure if that has changed or not as this was ~1 year ago. Ultimate Bet I played on along time ago and I enjoyed playing their they have a very decent software. Cake Poker robbed me for $1,700 which I'll make a thread on it soon. Just try Full Tilt Poker or Pokerstars...if I had to choose I would say Ultimate Bet.

Bodog and Cake have small traffic.

Ultimabet Bet was involved in recent scandals.. google it and you will see.

Ive cashed out from Cake and Bodog and it was never a problem and it didnt take 2 years for me to get my money. I played some on UB, but decided to leave because of the scandals.

Up to you... why dont you go to FTP or PS if youre worried about traffic and cashouts?

Thanks guys. I'll probably go on Ultimate Bet. I'm already playing on FTP. Unless you think there are 100+ super users on Ultimate Bet, I don't think it will be a problem. I play the $2 - $5 SNG's.

it's never near as busy ftp or pokerstars
prime time is probably like 6pm to 12am est

Depending on your game, you might want to give UB a miss as they have a bad beat jackpot that in the smaller games drops $.50 when the pot hits $5, and at some limits it is hard to find a non-bad beat table.

It pays quad 8s or better, UB takes 10% of it when it hits, and pays everyone playing the same limit... but I don't know if playing multiple tables at a limit gets you multiple limit shares... if it doesn't, the jackpot is even more -ev...

ETA: I e-mailed and asked about the multi-table thing, they never responded...

I wouldn't play on either...Ub has the best traffic, but it obviously welcomes cheaters....bodog has no traffic, literally a nightmare, cake's cash outs are awful...wait full tilt or stars is where you need to go.

Yes, you get paid for multiple tables. I got paid 4x for 1 bad beat because I was at 4 tables at that limit.
