I play poker for the last 5 months on pokerstars and i play alot of freeroll tournaments, tournaments for not alot of money and a bit of cash games. 12 days ago, I deposited 140€ and i went to play the big 11$ tournament and after that i saw that i'm not ready for games with this amount and i did cashout 140€ and left few $ on the account. After this they cancelled my cashout and said that why i want to cashout after a deposit made few hours ago. I did wrote a emil explaining them and they asked me to send them the picture of id card, credit card and to fill a modul. I sent them all what they asked and got the reply that they decided to close my account and that they won't give me back my money. I mean wtf?? it's my money and they won't give it back? and in the last email they wrote me if I wish to pursue this issue further, we advise that you file a formal complaint with the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Association. They didn't answer why they did this to me. Can someone help me and tell me what to do please?
