I just want to share it with guys from STORM Poker Club and with Suprema Union. Don't want those guys to get away with it so easily. Thank you a lot !

- So I met this guy Jao Lucas Sagati, he seemed to be a really nice guy with a passion for poker, he seemed to understand what is going on in this whole app business, he had few players who could play for him and we agreed that we will share their profits for staking and some rb left on the top. I put a big trust in him, didn't know he is just manipulative piece of ... So after chatting a lot I've seen an opportunity to stake him and his guys on brasilian ppp unions. He told me he knows many brasilian poker clubs owners and can get me good deals, which were better then deals I had with other clubs, so I agreed. There was one condition involved, I need to have direct connection to the club owner and he has to agree that I am also controlling the money flow, since it's my money.

- So he introduced me to that guy: Lucas Raphael from Raise Poker Club ; www.instagram.com/raisepokerclub.oficial ; wwww.raisepokerclub.com. The club was in Suprema Union and it is a part of STORM POKER CLUB. Raphael agreed to give us a good deal and he agreed that all of the withdrawals / deposits will be made on our telegram chat. I am playing on apps for years, never been scammed and have only good experience with poker club owners on ppp or pokerbros, so when he told me I am safe, that was enough for me. I deposited 2000$ there.

- When I made a deposit, we started to do business with that Jao Lucas Sagati guy. He got his low stakes players to the game, he was teaching them etc. The problems started when I saw that one withdrawal has been made and nobody even asked me about this, he didn't write it on the group chat, I didn't agree for anything, club owner didn't give a sh**. So I wrote a nice message that it's ok that it happened, but I don't want it to happen again, because we had an agreement, Lucas, the owner assured me it's not gonna happen again.

- Another problem, I saw he was staking one guy who was playing way too high and the chance that we will go busto with our bankroll is just too high. Also he started to withdraw any profit that guy made, like everyday. That was the moment I said he has to stop, and I asked him to listen to me, since obviously I saw that he has no idea how the bankroll management works and how staking works. He can't just cash out every buyin this guy wins and then we just lose everything when he will be on downswing, also we not gonna get back the profit that he cashed out for this guy. And after that he told me I just want to use him, he is working so hard and he still has to split profit 50/50 with me, it's not fair deal for him etc. Obviously this guy had no idea how to run this business and he just thought he gonna make fortune on his own, just because that one guy was on the upswing at this point. Of course he didn't consult any of those withdrawals with me, and of course all those withdrawals has been made behind my back, not on the main telegram chat as we agreed.

- That was the moment when I just saw that there is no chance it's gonna work out. This guy was just out of control, there was over 2000$ on ppp account, I just asked that Raphael guy to block all the funds until we make an agreement. And after that Raphael called me a spoiled kid who can't find a solution with Sagat. And of course it had to happen, exactly what I thought is going to happen. Sagat took out the money, Raphael said the account is already empty and I or him can't do anything about it. At first point Sagat was scared and he was begging me to wait, he said he will give back everything etc. So he gave me back 200$, and then after few months he didn't give me back anything else, was just making another excuses. He also wanted to give me back 500$, someone made transfer to his pokerstars account, and he didn't knew he has to play for it to send it further. So I told him to just play low stakes for this money and not lose it, and this moron went on highstakes, lost it in few minutes and he couldn't pay me back. Typical manipulative cun*. First he said his friend died because of covid and I have no heart to push him now, then he said he is waiting for money because he is selling the car, then his father was selling the house and he is waiting for money. Then he said he will pay me in next month even if he would have to sell all the clothes he has etc. I even told him to pay me back like 10$ per week, but regularly, just so I could see that he wants to pay it back. He agreed and of course nothing of this happened. After months of selling bullshit to me, he just blocked me on the whatsapp. That Lucas Raphael also blocked me everywhere and I guess they think it closes the case for them. But I don't want to leave it like this, and my main goal is to send it to suprema union and storm club.

I understand that there was risk involved in that business and to be honest I am much more disappointed at that Lucas Raphael guy than this Sagati scammer. He was supposed to be my guard, he is the club owner, he knows how it works, I put my money only because, he assured me that my money is safe, it's mostly his fault that all of this happened, he could just take out this money when I told him and everything would be like it never happened. Basically I was his customer and he scammed me, even if he doesn't see it this way, but it's a fact. I just don't think he deserve running any club there with that kind of attitude. I am attaching the most important screenshots about the whole story, I also attach all the contact numbers/photos and instagram profiles of those 2 guys. That would be nice to get back my money, but I at least hope those guys won't get away with it just like that. Ele trouxe seus jogadores de limites baixos para o jogo, ele estava ensinando-os etc. Os problemas começaram quando eu vi que um saque foi feito e ninguém me perguntou sobre isso, ele não escreveu no chat em grupo, eu não Não concordo com nada, o dono do clube não dava a mínima. Então eu escrevi uma mensagem legal dizendo que está tudo bem que aconteceu, mas eu não quero que aconteça de novo, porque nós tínhamos um acordo, Lucas, o dono me garantiu que não vai acontecer de novo.

- Outro problema, eu vi que ele estava apostando em um cara que estava jogando muito alto e a chance de irmos busto com nosso bankroll é muito alta. - Foi nesse momento que acabei de ver que não tem chance de dar certo. Esse cara estava fora de controle, havia mais de 2.000 $ na conta PPP, eu apenas pedi ao cara do Raphael para bloquear todos os fundos até que façamos um acordo. E depois disso Raphael me chamou de criança mimada que não consegue encontrar uma solução com Sagat. E é claro que isso aconteceu, exatamente o que eu pensei que iria acontecer. Sagat tirou o dinheiro, Raphael disse que a conta já está vazia e eu ou ele não podemos fazer nada a respeito. A princípio Sagat ficou assustado e implorou que eu esperasse, disse que me devolveria tudo etc. Então ele me devolveu 200 $, e depois de alguns meses ele não me devolveu mais nada, estava apenas ganhando outro desculpas. Ele também queria me devolver 500 $, alguém fez uma transferência para sua conta do pokerstars, e ele não sabia que tinha que jogar para enviá-lo adiante. Então eu disse a ele para apenas jogar apostas baixas por esse dinheiro e não perdê-lo, e esse idiota foi às apostas altas, perdeu em poucos minutos e não poderia me pagar de volta. Basicamente, eu era seu cliente e ele me enganou, mesmo que não veja dessa forma, mas é um fato. Só não acho que ele mereça dirigir nenhum clube lá com esse tipo de atitude. Seria bom receber meu dinheiro de volta, mas pelo menos espero que esses caras não se safem desse jeito. If everything what OP says is the truth, then Lucas paying Sagat without OPs knowledge is contrary to your mutual agreement that all money flow needs to be confirmed by both parties, OP and Sagat, Lucas broke this agreement for whatever reason and should pay OP as club owner half of whatever profit was made and chase his money from Sagat and if necessary take the loss from Sagat not paying him, if he was honourable, but i doubt it....the money that was lost due to players playing stakes that were not agreed is between OP and Sagat, and OP will likely have to take the loss there on basis of trusting Sagat to run the operation as he did, if the money was lost to other players, Sagat didn't steal the bankroll if i understand corectly..if money was withdrawn (stolen) and paid to Sagat by Lucas and not played, then this part is on Lucas also to compensate OP fully, and then look to be paid by Sagat...
