Hi there,

Don't post here much, but Im having a little trouble with powerpoker.

I started playing there beginning of feb. I asked their support some general questions, but I never got a reply.

A couple of weeks ago I wanted to cashout. I did, but the cashout is still pending. Support is not responding whatsoever.

Does anyone have any tips/experiences?

PowerPoker is part of the revolution network, this network has lots of trouble right now. The signs you mentioned it seems to me your money is gone for good.

You should do your research before starting to play on a site.

Cannot find anything about it on the forums, got a link perhaps? Isnt powerpoker part of the cake network? Its what HM says anyway.

What are the best steps to take? They only have an emailaddress and no livechat or something. They don't reply to emails at all, not just cashout related....

Am interested to hear from others playing on this site.

Crapper,

So the best way to move from here is to stop playing there, cash out the full amount and hope for the best? I am reluctant to do that because it is so soft, lol. But if I would be playing with money I would never be able to get it is quite pointless.

It is annoying I do not get any kind of response. I have tried to find some address or anything on the website, but nothing. Is there any point in contacting cake directly?

(Btw, thanks for the links, I did try to search the forums myself but for some reasons I could not find anything when querying for powerpoker.)

hi!

J have problem with withdraw on powerpoker.I made cashout 17.08.2015. (54$).
I am from Europe, I used skrill.No one answered my e-mails.I do not know what to do.

Does someone have a similar problem?

Send a complaint to Skrill that PowerPoker has misappropriated your money. Skrill has the possibility to reverse transactions if sent to illegal operators.
