Hey, I didn't find an official thread so I am opening this.
there was an App called Pokio couple years ago. Solely did deposits/withdrawals with normal methods (No Agents, which surely were present I guess). After a while I wanted to withdraw my funds (did 1 withdrawal before with No Problems )but my ID expired in the meantime, which is why they wouldn't proceed with the withdrawal after. That was fine at the time, and after a while I took a lot of time to get a new ID, to re-verifying. Now I remembered I still have Money there and learned they shut down quite a while ago ago. They were MGA licensed back then. Is there still a way to get my Money or is it lost because the Site shut down? What would be the process to retrive the Money If possible? It's a low-mid 3 figure amount so nothing crazy, but having it would help a ton instead of having it lost.
