Just thought i would give you a heads up that PTR false charged my bank, if your anything like me i don't really look in to much detail on bank statements but noticed that i had a oddly high charge from PTR, my account wasn't even active either so it's not like they renewed or any payment regarding there site. here are emails.

"Hi. I have just seen on my bank account that Pokertableratings have taken $155.92 £96.99 for me + 2.66 trans fee. + £1.50 purch fee. I have not authorised this, can you please explain. i seem to be a guest on the site still as well so it's not like this was a membership payment. Thanks"

I apologize for this issue. I had to get in touch with our processor to locate this transaction, as it was not tracked on our end.

I am not sure whether this was an error on our end or the processor's end. Would you like me to refund it for you?

Anyway not a big deal but i would like this info given to me as it could easily go unnoticed. disappointed in PTR as they refunded me slightly less than that amount, £96.90 maybe todays conversion though, but they didn't refund the charges i had to pay for conversion etc. i got refunded and the 12 months was taken of and 200 free were given in compo.

Sounds like your yearly subscription renewed and you forgot about it.

No because thats not how i paid + there was no subscription i was a guest, the payment was a random error. assumed the same as you when i first saw the payment on bank statement.

Looks very sloppy of PTR

Just out of curiosity, if its not how you paid (or if you never paid in the first place as a guest), why did that have your bank info to accidentally charge in the first place?
