I have been a Pokerstars member for at least 10 years now and I am very disapoint with them recently. Seems they have completely lost it.

I have initiated a withdrawal on the 28th of May and since then I ve tried to reach them with no returns.

On june 12th I finally received an email stating my withdrawal was processed... only to see it was still pending - see email below

Since then, I ve sent 3 other emails with no answer. Not too long ago, you would get an answer within an hour. Now its been days and 0 answer. Unacceptable...


I would really advice to not play on here until this scrap get sorted out. I remember someone named Steve from pokerstars was answering here. Maybe he can help?

Does anyone know what is happening? I am not sure anyone money is safe there anymore...

Your withdrawal was on hold while they carried out a full review of your account activity.

Four days ago they sent it to the Cashier for processing, and they told you that all withdrawals are subject to a review period that may take up to 3 days.

Why have you sent them 3 e-mails since then? What do you think Support will say other than, "Sorry, we're a bit under pressure atm and it might take a day or two longer than normal"?

From my understanding, processing is not the same status as pending? Unless I am completely clueless, my withdrawing should not appear as <<pending>> now?

Its pretty frustating to have a withdrawal on hold for almost a month now...

I don't think there's much you can do here; you've just got to suck it up and wait.

Seems like putting some pressure is working. I've made this post + twitter and now the case is resolved!

I’ve been waiting two weeks for my “72 hour” processing time and over a week now and counting on a response from support on why it’s taking so long.

Hello. I’m facing the same issue. I requested to withdraw $1500 on 05/04/2020 and the withdrawal is still showing as pending. I’ve tried contacting PokerStars via their “Contact Us” section, Twitter, and various email accounts. I still haven’t had a response to say why this hasn’t been processed or when it will be. I’ve searched for a contact number to try and speak to someone but couldn’t find anything. I’ve raised a dispute through IBAS but really didn’t want to have to go down that route. I understand with the current climate things can be delayed, but this seems a bit excessive to me.
