I have a few questions maybe someone can answer.

1) Is there a way to send VIP items to places other than the address on your account?

2) Is there a way to see what is available in other countries (I'm in Korea, but I'd like to see what's available in Canada).

The reason: I currently live in Korea, but in a few months, I move to Canada. When I get there, I intend to set up a totally bitchin' grinding sation. I logged on to see what I could get in the way of sick 27" or 30" monitors and maybe a computer itself, and there's... nothing. The VIP selection in Korea sucks, and the last thing I want to do is move to Canada, spend 2-3 weeks establishing residence, spend another week waiting for them to process my address change, then another eight for them to send me the computer stuff so I can finally get set up and grinding again.

I was hoping to order the stuff now (or soon, at any rate) and have it waiting there for me when I showed up. Am I out of luck?

Anyone order a book from the store lately ?
I looked at a few books a few weeks ago, and they were all out of stock. I checked again recently, and opened up 20+ books to see if they had any at all, and everything was out of stock, I couldn't find anything in stock. Are they eternally unavailable, or do they actually have them sometimes ?

I've been trying for months to get a basic 800 fpp T-shirt but everything in all sizes/colours seems to be out of stock and no sign of any deliveries in the near future according to the PS people.
It seems the VIP store is like a ghost town.

Don't know if suitable for this thread or not but I have ordered many things from the store, most recently the Holdall/Gym Bag for 2.5k points and it is excellent quality and can hold a lot of stuff. I usually take a full gym kit, lunchbox, trainers and a laptop and all fit in easily. Just a recommendation for those not sure if they should get it

Starving and/or any high volume players,why don't you just conierge any electronics that you want? You get them for way cheaper and at a better FPP rate?

In general we are moving toward a gift card model for electronics. This will allow players to get desired prices, selection, and delivery times.

This is good news - I was looking at the 160gb PS3 for 28000 fpp, but if you get the £250 Amazon.co.uk gift card at 26800 you can buy the PS3 for £235 - so you save 1200 fpp's and £15, and the delivery will almost certainly be much quicker!

If the code is really e-mailed in 5 mins (and you have amazon prime) you can have it delivered next day! That's my families xmas presents sorted!

Ordered 50 euro certificate for cadooz as they list pixmania as one of the sites.
Pixmania have electronics. I wanted to get a new grinding mouse. They have the logitech mx518 for only 30- it's overpriced at 10k points in the VIP store. (i was getting the new ltech G700 for 50 euro incl shipping)

When I get to login at cadooz I see they only offer single 20 euro certificates at pixmania.. WTF?

That is just, dumb. I can't do anything with it. Why would there be a 50 euro certificate deal when they only offer a fkn 20 euro certificate on cadooz.. you can't combine it either.

I'm hugely and disappointed and baffled :/ I wrote asking for a refund but I have not received a response from pokerstars.
