Still waiting to hear from anyone about sizing and back design for the hoodie. Sent two e-mails to support now about it (one weeks ago), heard nothing.

Sent an email as well about a week ago about sizing of items. No response. Will comment about the size of different items when I receive them.

If anybody orders the new leather wallet then I would like to know the quality and design.

Medium. All my other shirts/hoodies/fleeces I've gotten have been medium and they fit me well. I wear medium t-shirts, FWIW.

Too bad the nice black sweater isnt available for lower stars.

To Pokerstars Steve, who I assume is still lurking: Wouldn't it save stars a *ton* of time to add basic information and/or more detailed pictures to the site? Yes, it's a bit of work, but it'll save hundreds of essentially the same e-mailed questions, that someone has to go through and answer individually.

For example: How do new clothes get posted without posting size charts? Anyone putting any thought into it whatsoever has to know this is inviting a huge mail-bomb.

For example, I know it's minor for something like a wallet, but how many cards does it hold? What does the inside look like? At this point I feel like I'd never get an answer from support (I've sent them e-mails on multiple occasions and always gotten no response or a very delayed one), but the wallet is marked at 2500 VPPs - about $40. I'd get it in a heartbeat if I had details, but I'm not just going to drop $40 only having a very generic stock photo.

only support@pokerstars answers fast... the rest is super slow yeah...

I agree with the above post. There needs to be more pictures. We are buying in the dark here. Thats not right. We don't even know what your buying. It's ALMOST the same as just putting text there "Wallet" x fpp. wanna buy?

i ordered the textured fitted beret. the quality of the hat was pretty bad IMHO and it looks terrible on, so therefore I can never wear it.

Received two items today from the VIP Store, thought I'd give a quick review, especially as they seem to be items that have piqued a great deal of interest. It took me about two weeks to receive both from the time of order:

Result Soft Shell Jacket:
I ordered it based on the review of others. It is definitely a well made item, fairly heavy duty for a base-layer type jacket. I ordered a M, but it is a bit on the larger side of the norm, probably perfect for those in between M and L. It looks nice, and in terms of branding, does have a large red spade logo on the nape of the neck that cannot be seen in the photo.

It has actually come to my attention that this item is no longer available in the store, so I'll stop the review. Mine is a bit too wide for me (6', 165lbs), and seeing as it is no longer available, if anyone is interested in acquiring mine for the store price, send me a message.

Zip-up Bamboo Hoodie w/ iPod Pocket:
This is a nice item, and this post won't go to waste, as it's still available in the store for 3,000 FPPs. Many people have asked about the back of the sweatshirt, and I'm happy to report, there's nothing to be seen. The ONLY logo whatsoever is the tiny spade on the front pocket, less than one square inch wide. It seems to be very warm, is quite soft and comfortable, and the M fits true to size. The iPod pocket is a bit pronounced, but seems to be worthwhile. Also of note, for better or worse (depending) there are thumb slits in the sleeves.

I would include a picture, but the one in the store seems to be sufficient. Hope this helps!

Edit: I also received a complimentary documentary DVD entitled That's Poker with my order. Maybe I was the one millionth customer. Or maybe they had one million extra copies in their stockroom. In any case, nice of Stars to treat their players to a welcome surprise every now and again.

This is a suggestion, but could you sell 1oz gold coins in the store? Any of these: American Eagle, Canadian Maple or the Krugerrand. A lot of people would like this because they could cash out some FPP and won't have poker funds going into their bank account.

Also who doesn't like shiny objects?

So.... hm. Gotta say I'm perplexed by this information. For example, the chest width on the tight fitting pull over hoodie is listed at 53-54, the sweatshirt was something like 58. Here the chest width is listed at 28? There must be some measurement that they're using because it's zip-up and not pull over but.... yeah. I have no frame of reference, so I still don't know if it works.
