Companies are legally required to contact authorities whenever a customer threathens to commit suicide. Pokerstars is offshore so they probably won't.
It's not something to joke about. And there are many stories about young kids in world of warcraft who said it as a joke and where unpleasantly surprised by a visit from the local police because Blizzard does pass this on to the authorities.
