PokerStars support ignore players? PokerStars support ignore players?

Hi,what's wrong with PokerStars support. I've sent him 9 emails (+1 facebook message and 1 tweet). They didn't answered for 7 days!!!

I requested a withdrawal week ago. Money was succesful send to my Credit Card. But my account is frozen now. I don't know why. No reaction from PokerStars support.


Can anybody help? Is it normal for PokerStars?

They don't ignore people. They just don't have as many people to reply as they used to, so it takes longer, which is not helped by people sending nine emails when one will do. If you'd actually read the forums before posting you'd see this is very common and that twitter seems to be the one form of contact which isn't completely terrible

I also doubt that you "don't know why" your account is frozen

sixfour thank you for reply. First of all I sent them 9 emails because I don't receive any answer from Pokerstars in 7 days. Typical standard for customer support in any "serious" company is that you will receive something like: "We have received your question/request and we will answer you as soon as possible...". I am owner of several multi-millions companies that also provides customer support for our customers. So I know something about customer support standards... I didn't received any email from PokerStars in 7 days. In my companies customer support manager will be fired if any customer didn't received answer in 24 hours.

Second, I really don't know why my account is frozen. I've create account, make a deposit, lost few hundred bucks. Than won something back and make a withdrawal for part of the winnings. Withdrawal was succesful and I received money to my CreditCard. Next day I tried to logon to PokerStars and message with "Frozen Account" appears. So what exactly did I wrong?

Get real and the same is happening on all sites. I contacted 888 and had to wait for over a week to which they replied "please resend details of your query". Waiting a little time wont kill you.

I have no problem with successful people and you know nothing about me. I am not getting into a debate and I hope you get your issue resolved but for god sake think of the situation the world is in. Life is more important than poker or how successful you are.

I apologise for some of the language used in my last post which ironically I was in the process of editing after calming down. The last line of that post is something that is going on currently where I am atm and it pissed me off and when I read your post it added to it. Looking at your post in isolation I wouldn't have reacted that way.

There are many issues why your account could be frozen such as ID verification required, you have 2 active accounts, contravened rules or self excluded yourself on responsible gaming grounds in the past. There are many reasons but only the site can tell you if you are sure none of the above is relevant to your case.

It is always amazing when the new guy claims he owns multi-million dollar companies but can’t spell “losers” correctly and is in a pissing match over $300.00. Good times.

True and I am sure they would have been e-mailed as I was by all the sites I am on about the situation with support. Its like some people think whats going on is a dream.
