Not sure where to post but was kinda upset just now playing the 40k€ TCOOP on pokerstars.es. I bust out, then they ask m if I want to re-enter for 10€. I say yes, select one of my tickets and it says ok, then someoe has my seat and it says "you finished in xxx-position".

I then went to the tourney lobby to see if perhaps there was some "take me to my table" but no. So not only did I lose the ticket but also lost taking part of one of the few big tournies there are on the site (with cheap buyin).

That sucks. Seems like a redundant thing to ask but you have emailed support or something I assume with URGENT or something in the title? I would guess it is something that if they can solve it is going to be very time-critical.

I don't think you're supposed to use tickets for extra bullets in a rebuy. That's probably not how tickets work, I think they're for the initial buyin only.

And it should be pretty obvious why you don't get 1-2 minutes to hold up the game for everyone else at the table while you decide whether you want to rebuy.

Next time, just hit the rebuy button if you want to rebuy, and it'll take the cash straight from your balance.

I dont give up usernames. Of course I did not, thats also why it was taken from my account and I was given the option to rebuy.

Well then no one can help you here. please contact support and someone will look into it and get back to you., if you indeed lost your ticket I'm sure something will be done to assist you.
