It seems to be really messed up. I've been waiting 20 minutes to finish the last 3 sngs of my sessions (what more tilting when you just got 10 straight OOTM), and now it says the tournaments have been cancelled due to technical issues. They were all 4 or 5 handed at the time and it seems I have been getting some money back in my cashier ... going to email them about how this has been calculated.
EDIT: actually no need to do that as I've received automatic emails explaining it for every SNG, good
Tournament #132329301 has been cancelled due to technical reasons.
When a tournament is cancelled before players are in the money, we refund
each player their tournament fee, and then divide up the prize pool based
on the following formula:
- 50% of the award pool distributed evenly between remaining players
- 50% of the award pool distributed proportionally according to the chip
count

didnt like to play you in my sets
y this kinda really really sucks,as bombastic as their support is in comparison to the rest of the pack it sucks balls when you DC during sets while inet is working and everything is fine
i got such an idiotic answer last time i had this issue,its gotta be your ISP blablubb bla bla ignorance
bomb em with mails,i lost some money like this too but never as much within 1 hit like you,600 is no beans anymore

I will ask for more money because I was disconnected for more than 1/3 of the time before the tournament has been restarted. Furthermore I'll tell them that the refund formula is unfair because I had an edge on the bubble and I didnt get my fpps (I'm running for supernova).
I hope it will work this time

Tourneys wont be back up till 11.00 ET apparently. Server re-start at 10.45 ET
