Hi.

I am a fish that love to gamble when Iam drunk, deposit 2-3k and take a shot at plo with no BRM sometimes I run it up to 20-30k but then loose it all again because I cant cashout, lol. Because of this I have started to do this on Party where I can get my money off but I hate to play on that site so please let the fish have a chance to cashout. lol.

Why not just exclude yourself for 48 hours if you spin it up?

This ^^. Also, I remember Paradise was the first site to implement this rule. I used to specifically play on Ultimate Bet when taking a shot simply because there was no 48 hour cash out rule. Remember, this was in 2001.

The 48 hour cashout rule is important for fraud protection. Can't see them removing it.

Obv because he isn't capable to make rational decisions when drunk? Just a guess...

I thought that, but it's a lot simpler to exclude yourself from playing than it is to cash out, even when drunk.

actually just experienced this same scenario this weekend. Ran 200$ up to 1,500$ while hammered playing 1/2$ PLO zoom. Then lost 200$ on a cooler, went on epic tilt(on roids due to alcohol) and in my drunken frenzy i actually realized that it would be the best idea to just cash out and be happy with the profit. Tried to withdraw, it didn't work, which actually served to tilt me even more so then the alcohol actually took over and somehow deduced that since i couldn't withdraw i should just keep playing.

Needless to say i drunktilt-spewed it all away in like 10 minutes.
If this rule didn't exist i would be about a grand richer instead of 200$ poorer, but meh... can't really fault PS there are probably pretty good reasons for why they have the rule in place and probably says somewhere in the fine-print that this rule exists. Don't really care, in any case it's my fault obv.

Does anyone know about some place that this rule doesn't exist? For future drunk gambling?

if you guys can't wait 48hrs to cashout then maybe you shouldn't be gambling.

If they were to change anything about their deposit policies, it should be the requirement for players who only ever play on Stars to have to deposit for bonuses/promos even though their entire bankroll is already on there due to only playing there anyway. Would save having to be psychic in trying to figure out when a reload bonus is coming up and you would imagine it would save on deposit fees for them too.

I can only suggest to the op to apply game limits from the lobby prior to start his drinking:
Request > Resp gaming
I believe that in general is a good rule to apply limit or exclude yourself from games that you don't play.

Do you guys read the above part?

Ok with the fraud protection.
But why stars.com has a 4 hours timeframe in changing playing limit policy
when stars.fr has 48?
