Then I tried to cancel my withdrawal once, but couldn't do it, because I had removed this option before and forgot, and asked the support if I could still cancel the withdrawal request. After that the withdrawal went under investigation, but finally after couple of days, it got approved. And then after a couple of weeks, I suddenly get the message in the Pokerstars client that my account got restricted pending a routine investigation. It's been 17-18 days since my account got restricted and I keep receiving the same standard replies to my e-mails wondering when I may expect the issue to be resolved. Similar to the author of the thread, I'm being kept in the dark. I am afraid now that my account will be permanently closed as well due to their views on responsible gaming. Sucks
So from Stars POV you set deposit limits to the account, hit that limit and then tried to circumvent those limits. This is like Gambling Problems Red Flag 101 to them. Are people really this dumb?
