Different IP doesn't guarantee a different house.

If you plan to continue playing there, I'd definitely get the address situation sorted once the exclusion is over. And ask them point blank whether fixing this will sever the connection between you two, at least as far as exclusions go. If there's ever an issue with your brother charging back, getting banned, etc., I don't think you can ever be certain that won't affect you.

He's not banned - he's being forced to sit out the same self-exclusion as someone who lives with him (as far as their records show). Not great, but also not all that shocking.
