If you plan to continue playing there, I'd definitely get the address situation sorted once the exclusion is over. And ask them point blank whether fixing this will sever the connection between you two, at least as far as exclusions go. If there's ever an issue with your brother charging back, getting banned, etc., I don't think you can ever be certain that won't affect you.

He's not banned - he's being forced to sit out the same self-exclusion as someone who lives with him (as far as their records show). Not great, but also not all that shocking.

I would expect that it is. Perhaps not specifically covered, but I'd be surprised if there wasn't be a clause it would fall under.

Ah ok I misunderstood the situation thanks. Ultimately yea I know stars has the ability to freeze accounts if they can justify the reason I just don’t recall something this specific or rules with family members and accounts.

I just have also had issues with poor communication with stars in recent years so I empathize
