So it happens that when I register to a tournament, around 30% of the time the table doesn't automatically pop up, I have to go to the tournament lobby and click on "take my seat", only then I can see myself.

I have a steady connection, with barely no lag, so I'm not sure why this happens, any1 else with this problem?

They respond with log file rhetoric and do not fix anything

There are serious flaws/issues with this software for some customers/players.

I had a problem persist for MONTHS and when I finally told them I am going to report it to there regulator and whoever else I can, I was told a manager would look in to an issue that according to them for MONTHS could ONLY be fixed by log files. The very next day with no update or no log files the problem disappeared. When I ask how or who fixed it the "manager" knows nothing about it and the actual conversation and problem I am talking about is not even properly acknowledged by him. Like I am speaking spanish. Not to be rude but there is a serious problem here, with the software AND support.

today software crashed mid session on me when I had 20 tables going at once. then when i had to quit out and re open the client due to it been frozen none of my tables would re open so i had to search for myself in player search and open each table i did not manage to open every table in time.

I doubt pokerstars will compensate me for this if they do not I am done with stars its the final nail in the coffin and i will cash out my roll and move elsewhere.

they compensated me but said its a gesture of goodwill and its likely my end.

i guess 16 gig ram and a solid state drive isnt high enough spec for stars.

Ive had the problem several times as of last week. I've also had the mysterious diconnects.

Everybody experiences it to some degree. What people should check is the server connections. There initially is always just one or no servers with good connection. Always bad. And the computer usage memory is 4-8 times higher now with ps7 and more mysterious programs running in processes
And also one I here running on your computer even when pokerstars is not running.

Just a couple of programs that run when pokerstars is open and not open. Whatever these are doing must be contributing to the drastic degration in quality of connection issues for people. What do these programs do?

I'm going to look into the above files asap.

FYI - We have received similar reports from several players and the team is conducting an investigation.

On multiple occasion the SNG table pop up is late and I miss first hand or first two hands.

Please fix your programs Pokerstars.
