There are serious flaws/issues with this software for some customers/players.
I had a problem persist for
MONTHS and when I finally told them I am going to report it to there regulator and whoever else I can, I was told a manager would look in to an issue that according to them for
MONTHS could ONLY be fixed by log files. The very next day with no update or no log files the problem disappeared. When I ask
how or
who fixed it the "manager" knows nothing about it and the actual conversation and problem I am talking about is not even properly acknowledged by him. Like I am speaking spanish. Not to be rude but there is a serious problem here, with the software AND support.
