i emailed ps nj support a couple of times over at least a month asking when the rewards store would be back, but just got a non-definitive, maintenance response. anyone hear anything about it might return?

Ever since PokerStars switched to same app for PA/ NJ (got rid of PS NJ app), I cannot figure out how to switch states. Feel like a noob. If anyone can help, much appreciated

I don't know, my app for NJ says "Pokerstars NJ"

Idk why but every single time i lose internet for even half a second while playing 3 sites and 20 tables all of a sudden pokerstars makes finish my hands and instant sits me out... while the last of my hands are finishing i can literally see ak or aa or whatever being folded on my other tables. Then i try to login the require the 6 digit emailed code.... cant copy n paste it need to manually put it in while 14 tabling now clicking 1 button at a time after exiting the software and reopening meanwhile all my tables time out. had 3 final tables in the final 5 where i was just sitting out and this is on a tuesday. imagine what happens on a sunday. these criminals blame dge for forcing the pin code for security purposes meanwhile wsop only requires it once every 2 weeks and they text it so its easier to type in when 20 tabling. ever notice when poker came back to nj and the usa in general after black friday the big argument was if its a game of skill... well it has been proven to mostly be skill over the longterm and they allowed poker back in the usa... yet on day one they allow online roulette craps blackjack bacarat slots bc they are a mafia scam.. dge is a joke owned by pokerstars. and even pokerstars certificate for the rng came from some sketchy company in lakewood nj which if anyone knows is home of the scams in usa. i beg these idiots to remove the pin code from my account and they cant or dont care. i beg them to stop making me log out and back in when i lose internet for 1 second but they dont care. ive been top 5 on the nj stars tourney leaderboards every month i ever played and i put in 5k hands a day. i know what im talking about here... pokerstars acts like the epitome of a mafia scam in the usa and maybe thats why they get treated as such by our govt as sad as it is bc i make my living off this. will write more later

pokerstars is supposed to be the most reliable. yet here i am venting in a thread bc i cant get a single answer or response from pokerstars about what is causing these problems or how to fix it. ive also let them know 20x that chops dont work hu in mtts or in general whether its icm or even and they dont do anything about this. how is this site regulated? by who themselves? i dont see dge or anyone else doing anything to fix any issues. also their leaderboard doesnt show the results for 2 years now yet im still getting paid every month which im not complaining about the pay im complaining about them not getting their sh*t together. its egregious this multibillion dollar conglamorate cant afford a single decent computer programmer or developer(their graphic design is legit tho) to fix these problems. meanwhile they reach out to players like gags for help devloping their software how about the real players. not some elitest 5k open sitter who never gets action and shows up 3x a month. i am here 30 days a month grinding 10 hrs a day pouring my heart and soul out to become a better player and put in volume and i feel like pokerstars is doing the bare minimum for the amt of money the make. who is gonna play their sunday 500 when i cant even keep a 50$ tourney from forcing me to time out aa pre bc of a 1 second disconnect. special shoutout to optimum for being the ultimate scumbags on providing terrible internet and for having their own mafia monopoly on my area so i cant use any other company. also another special shoutout to pokerstars bc i try using hotspot which works perfect everywhere else yet it has a problem on pokerstars. also special shoutout to andi rose at pokerstars for blocking my live chat when i notified them of these problems. i also have the most incriminating email from pokerstars showing they actively allow chip dumping amongst highstakes regs with the worst counterargument you\ll ever see by dave in their security department. i will share that soon when they continue to do nothing about these issues. this is why acr continues to be number 1 in america over wsop and stars even though its entirely unregulated and is its own mafia scam. also i have a decent rant coming about wsops trash software also but thats for another time. also i see them giving out invitational freerolls to ppl who arent even here but once a month in nj stars that are worth 1k per freeroll entry to the pca. i say how do u get invites they send me generic email with absolutely no info on how to do it. also they still owe me an email with the top finishers for last months leaderboard which they said theyd send 2x now.

next im gonna start live streaming these issues and we re gonna have a mafia scam festivities button where it shoots off all the bells and whistles everytime it happens mid session. well have an airhorn and confetti like its a gender reveal party except everytime an issue happens ill yell mafia scam while setting everything off. im gonna get 1 million viewers bc im already 10x funnier and work 10x smarter and harder then these other streamers with 250k and 500k subscribers. i dont want to make my money off of viewers i want to make my money off poker but if they force my hand by not fixing these issues and many others i will do whatever i have to. itll be called 2 months 2 million problems at pokerstars episode 1 when i start

even though NJ stars has far and away the best software, they refuse to fix simple software bugs for yearsssssssssss. can't even get their tourney leaderboard to display for like 3+ years and counting.

the fact that all the sites only ask for the 2FA code every 2 weeks or so and stars forces you to do it every login with a pretty bullshit jumbled digit process is beyond baffling.

ive complained a few times and get the classic "go **** yourself" response that is pretty much the default to all complaints/suggestions on all the NJ sites.

pretty numb to it at this point and have 0 expectations for it to change anytime soon.

all you have to do is check NJ gambling revenues (idk time frames) to see that its like 50m from casino, 50m from sports and like 1m from poker to see that operators aren't going to start giving a **** about poker anytime soon.

if they are reporting 1m from poker my first thought is they are literally lying and cheating the us govt and the number is prob at least triple that... my 2nd thought is they allow online blackjack online slots online baccarat online sports betting and they promote those more then poker. so it should serve them right for being scummy if they really only make 1 mil. the other thing id say is if they make 1 mil a year how come they cant spend 100k a year on a house webdeveloper to fix this budget software when theres numerous problems like there currently is... what they need that mil to go directly into the owners hands rather then reinvest alittle profit and see the ecosystem thrive exponentially as a result. its disgraceful how these pigs collect anything in exchange for the nearly nothing they provide. whats the point in them being regulated if they are allowed to be this scummy. dge is a joke it seems.and funny thing is wsop and borgata are even worse

the entire point is that any dollar put into their online business is far and away better spent on either attracting and growing their sports/casino products than trying to fix poker bugs. its why nothing is going to change anytime soon on any of their poker products.

if i add one more poker site ...THE LAG makes it unplayable even if i close pokertracker even if i go down to just 2 tables running on psnj. time banks run down to zero, tables freeze, action on me but cant act.


i get im running on an older 4gb ram desktop ( i only use for pokertracker and pokersites) but i run wsop and party sites and pokertracker w/ out issue. not a big deal i just dont play much volume on ps bc of that.

how do we get rid of this temporary pin. they never send it and I cant log in. then they send it an hour later but it doesn't work anymore. wtf

i got this when i had an issue a couple weeks back - last few times i logged in it seemed to work for me, though.

"We're sorry for the PIN issues you've experienced. Our system has been delayed in sending the login pins.

Unfortunately, the issue is still under investigation, and we don't have a timeframe for a fix.

In the meantime, please try logging out for ten minutes then try logging back in, and waiting for the PIN to be sent to your email or phone number."

at least they fixed the temporary pin somewhat making it so its not so annoying.... in the mean time headsup for everyone on stars nj... they are telling some people the regular monthly tourney leaderboard is on.. meanwhile they told me it is paused until the pca promo leaderboard is over. not only did i let go of first on the leaderboard bc of this but this fits a pattern of disrespect by pstars towards nj players. i give them props for pca leaderboard and all.. but all nj players really wanted was transparancy and fair treatment. dont add new promos when u cant even fix the monthly leaderboard which has been displaying wrong for 2 yrs or so. also why doesnt pstars have team meetings so they are all on the same page with what to tell custis just like every other normal company anywhere. why do they have to operate like a sweep things under the rug type of company.. and whats with not fixing the automated icm or equal chop button that has been broken 6 months... how dare these idiots add new mtts to schedule or new leaderboards when they cant even fix the broken buttons and leaderboard lobbies. and they wonder why tourneys and cash are always floundering in nj. i bet 2/3 of nj players play on acr over pstars bc pstars acts just as bad as acr with less action. might as well be unregulated. cant wait for the day they investigate the dge and whoever decides to give licenses to nj operators. bc in a regulated environment this seems very unregulated.

im paranoid bc i had an issue w mgm/party locking my account a couple months back claiming i was playing outside NJ. i think it was an issue with trying to play on a chromebook. got my mgm/party account back and its been ok since.

it mostly happens when i go to take my 1st seat of the session (either empty seat or i get one from waitlist) ill click on the seat and then theres a 20ish sec wait and i get the bottom message. i click off message and table and try to sit again with out issue. when it happens while im already playing ill get the top message and miss a hand or 2 and then im back

Is this like the wsop location pop up that lots seem to get but is no big deal? or do most not get this?

the other day i got 3 pins sent to me in less than an hour when i made no attempt at login. i emailed support. the response in a nutshell was they are working on things and my account was safe.

i received 60 texts with everyone elses pin numbers that day... since then things seemed resolved then i wake up to grind today and back to square 1

since things are slow today let me give all you ppl w disconnect issues some advice... hardwire into your router. almost all disconnect issues disappear then

looks like no one can log in today.. checked and theres only 39 ppl on site at 630p on a sunday.

Ive used the login / then receive pin thing for a year+ w/o any issues besides maybe 10%of the time having to wait 3-5 min but ever since they made it mandatory its been a pile of garbage.

a few days back i got 60+ log in pins over the course of a couple hours. (non worked olololo)

or i just never get sent a pin and have to email support for one.
