Pokerstars - Misleading WCOOP TKO payout information

Hi,
Last night I played the $55 WCOOP HU Turbo TKO tournament. All the tournament prizepool was in bounties.
BUT - Under structure - payout info was for 8 players.
Furthermore, from 10 players left there was a bubble animation, till 8, then bubble burst and "in the money" animation. This was very confusing for players.
I think it affected the play as when the bubble animation was active, play tightened up quite a bit.
Pokerstars replied to me that it is a default setting to have payouts
But have not addressed the bubble/ITM animation or made good in any way on this
